HYMN

The Lord’s my shepherd, I’ll not want.He makes me down to lie

in pastures green: He leadeth methe quiet waters by.

My soul He doth restore again;and me to walk doth make

within the paths of righteousness,ev’n for His own name’s sake

Yea, though I walk in death’s dark vale,yet will I fear none ill:

For Thou art with me; and Thy rod and staff me comfort still.

My table Thou hast furnishedin presence of my foes;

My head Thou dost with oil anoint,and my cup overflows.

Goodness and mercy all my lifeshall surely follow me:

And in God’s house for evermoreMy dwelling-place shall be.

BIBLE READINGRead by Emily Henderson

Psalm ch 46 v 1 -7

God is our hope and strength,A very present help in trouble.

Therefore will we not fear, though the earth be moved, and though the hills be carried into the midst of the sea;

Though the waters thereof rage and swell,and though the mountains shake at tempest of the same.

There is a river, the streams whereof make glad the city of God, the holy place

of the tabernacle of the Most Highest.

God is in the midst of her, therefore shall she not be removed; God shall help her, and that right early.

Be still then, and know that I am God;I will be exalted among the nations,

and I will be exalted in the earth.

The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge.

ADDRESSPastor Samy

HYMN

Abide with me; fast falls the eventide;The darkness deepens; Lord, with me abideWhen other helpers fail, and comforts flee,

Help of the helpless, O abide with me.

Swift to it’s close ebbs out life’s little day;Earth’s joys grow dim, it’s glories pass away

Change and decay in all around I see;O Thou who changest not, abide with me.

I need thy presence every passing hour,What but thy grace can foil the tempter’s power?

Who like thy self my guide and stay can be?Through cloud and sunshine, O abide with me.

I fear no foe with thee at hand to bless;Ills have no weight, and tears no bitterness

Where is death’s sting?Where, grave, thy victory?

I triumph still, if thou abide with me

Hold Thou Thy cross before my closing eyes;Shine through the gloom and point me to the skies

Heaven’s morning breaks and earth’s vain shadows fleeIn life, in death, O Lord, abide with me.

HYMN

Great is Thy faithfulness,O God my Father,

There is no shadowOf turning with Thee:

Thou changest not,Thy compassions, they fail not;

As Thou has beenThou for ever will be.

Great is Thy faithfulness!Great is Thy faithfulness!

Morning by morningNew mercies I see;All I have needed

Thy hand hath provided,Great is Thy faithfulness,

Lord, unto me.

Pardon for sinAnd a peace that endureth,Thine own dear presence

To cheer and to guide;Strength for today

And bright hope for tomorrow,Blessings all mine,

With ten thousand beside!

Great is Thy faithfulness!Great is Thy faithfulness!

Morning by morningNew mercies I see;All I have needed

Thy hand hath provided,Great is Thy faithfulness,

Lord, unto me.
