Reading Comprehension is one of the vital and crucial step of every pupil to master or learn any other skills thereafter. It is a must that it has to be carried out at an early time to gain the knowledge and skills he needs for the next step of learning. In Cagmaslog Elementary School there are 17 nonreaders out of 132 enrolled pupils distributed along every Grade levels. Hence, proper guidance and a centered approach to focus them on the untapped reading ability must be implemented.III. Statement of the Problem: This research will strive for something to answer the following questions:
1. What are the reading levels of Grade VI pupils of Cagmaslog Elementary School, Buhi, Camarines Sur for school year 2014 2015?
2. What are the NAT competencies/skills-based performance levels of grade V1 pupils in Mathematics?3. What are the pupils strengths and areas needing improvement in terms of the competencies in Mathematics grade VI per grading period?
4. What is the strong effect of conducting interventions for the improvement of pupils learning prospect as reflected to have best result in the NAT in Mathematics?
5. What are the suggestions of school head & stakeholders for the improvement of pupils academic performance?
IV. Significance of the Study:
In everyday living we needs Mathematics, and for the success in school and the real world, the pupils need to be good all mathematics skills. It used in financial matters, in career, in space/to space world exploration and in other real- life application. Mathematics, on the other hand is very important for science and technological careers but many pupils and students show difficulties and failures in Mathematics Therefore, there is a need for creating Mathematics program designed to make learning more effective and for the prevention and Mathematical language difficulties. This will help facilitate learning and increase learning gins for below and average level pupils.
So the proponent needs to work this year to ensure the pupils success because Mathematics skills are essential for success the pupils/childs lifeExpected Output:

V. Scope of the Study:
This will involve all the Non-Readers and Frustration Level reading ability pupils at Cagmaslog Elementary School, Buhi, Camarines Sur for school year 2014 - 2015. Quarterly diagnostic and assessment tests will be given to pupils to be able to know their test result progress.
VI. Research Design:a. Methodology
This research will used descriptive method of analysis in getting the test results quarterly to determined pupils improvement among the grade V pupils in Mathematics.
b. Sampling Design
Complete list of test result items individually of grade V pupils in Mathematics of Caramoan Central School, Caramoan, Camarines Sur in SY 2013 2014 will be the respondents of this research.
c. Description of Instrument/Data Gathering Focus
Data on the numeracy test result of every pupils in Mathematics of grade V will be established during the start of the school year. List of competencies per quarter will be used in conducting diagnostic and achievement tests by the teacher herself to determine the specific starting point of the lesson in the four quarters of school year 2013 2014. Result of their NAT will be compared to the previous NAT result to determine if this intervention has made remarkable effect/s. d. Work and Financial Plan:
