Daniella is an absolute joy to teach. Her

enthusiasm erupts in our lessons and is

contagious, encouraging others to participate. I am very proud of the progress Daniella has made with her understanding of

theory concepts, and I am always amazed at

her outstanding ability with pretty much

anything practical. In our recent "Physical Challenges" lessons,

Daniella has managed to complete even the most difficult tasks.

Well done.

Aqill has struggled in Business this year and has

found some aspects of the course difficult.

However, he has persevered and has made

fantastic progress. He was very disappointed with a low grade in the

Autumn assessment, then he improved in the Spring Assessment and now he

achieved a B in the summer assessment. Well done to Aqill. Keep it up.

Ena designed a fantastic pong game program. She adapted the game

adding in different backgrounds and sprites and ensured she used

selection so that the potion would change to move in a random direction

upwards if it touched the wand.

Hoela is always super focused in

lessons and always prepared. She is so proud

that she can write her name independently.

HOELA NETSHILONWENJC1

His progression in Communication and Language has been amazing. When he

started in September, he

could not speak a word of English. Over his time in

Reception his confidence has

grown tremendously and he is no longer

shy or timid to attempt to answer questions. In fact he is now giving his own opinion about

things and also suggests ideas.

We have been learning about Superheroes and

this week we learnt about heroes in our community.

Hajra wrote a lovely letter to thank nurses for

their hard work. She remembered to use key vocabulary and included words with suffixes and

prefixes. She remembered to use the key punctuation we have been working on and also

remembered to include all the features of a letter. Her handwriting is great

too. Mrs Alshamery is very proud of how her

writing skills have improved over the year!

Keep it up!

HAJRA AKHTAR1EA

Roya and are the perfect model of excellence. I don’t think she has ever missed a lesson, she’s

always difficult. The follow up activities are always completed to high standards.

LARA PANGANIBAN2PH

We have been looking at instructional texts and

discussing our favourite board games. Lara produced an

amazing instructional video on how to play the game of

dominoes. She clearly showed the value of excellence when explaining the game in detail

and used many of the instructional features

discussed in our lesson. She spoke very clearly and

expressively and clearly demonstrated her enthusiasm for the game. Well done Lara!

Arjuna is a responsible and hardworking student. He attends all lessons and makes

wonderful contributions to class discussions. Recently, he submitted a great piece of work on how fossils are formed as part of the current project-based learning

unit. His presentation included relevant diagrams with a description, as well as a

recording of himself explaining each slide.

ARJUNA SASONO3DS

Youssef is: enthusiastic, smiley, happy to help, kind and helpful. He also

never misses a lesson, always tries his best, asks if he doesn’t understand and shows the world that he’s eager to

learn.

It has been a difficult year for Haris, having only recently joined the school and with the challenges of distance learning. During the recent assessments he has performed very

well, particularly regarding his reading, and arithmetic scores which highlight the progress that he has made. His

engagement and attitude over the last term should be praised, his growing

confidence in his abilities and his resilience have really impressed me.HARIS ASHFAQ
