McAuliffe International School Weekly News View this email in your browser McAuliffe School News | October 24, 2019 Dear McAuliffe Community, I hope everyone enjoyed their fall break! A couple of reminders this week: Please remind your student to check the lost and found bins. Our lost and found is currently overflowing with McAuliffe hoodies! Also, please remember to write your student’s name on coats, uniforms, lunch boxes and water bottles. Having their names on their items will help in returning items to the correct owner. Please note that we do not allow students to wear costumes to school on Halloween. Instead, students are encouraged to wear their favorite college gear for College Spirit Day next Thursday, October 31st. Students must still wear black or tan uniform bottoms. Lastly, I hope you can join us this evening for the DPS School Board Candidate Forum at 5:30pm in the auditorium. This is a great opportunity for our community to meet the candidates that we will be voting for on November 5th, and learn where they stand on issues that impact all DPS schools. Thank you, ~ Principal Kurt Dennis IMPORTANT DATES Thursday 10/24
