    EJTN ADMINISTRATIVE LAW PROJECT Judicial Training on EU Competition Law

  • One day-and-a-half training comprised of three consecutive half-day workshop sessions. One of the

    sessions will focus on study cases. The workshop aims at providing judges already dealing with

    competition cases with a deeper knowledge of the following topics: judicial review on antitrust

    decisions, the relationship between Competition Law and Sector Specific Regulation, digital economy,

    competition, innovation and inequalities, public and private antitrust enforcement, state aids.

    Speakers are expert practitioners and trainers who will present their report on the selected issues

    according to a legal and economic perspective.
