The Fire Map 1 Report is being developed by the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) and its team of independent experts. The purpose of the Fire Map 1 is to develop a statewide fire-threat map that depicts the physical and environmental conditions associated with an elevated potential for utility-associated wildfires, and
