That's why Kanye had those public comments about Apple "needing to give Jay-Z his check." In June 2016, the Wall Street Journal reportedthat Apple was in discussions with Tidal about a deal. The consumer electronics giant was said to be especially interested in the stable of artiststhat Tidal has been able to sign up with its "artist-friendly" approach. At the time, Tidal claimed to have 4 million subscribers (the real numberwas 250,000 at the time). Once apple found out the real numbers they told Jay-Z to fuck off and Tidal's fate was sealed.

The illuminati is going to let Tidal go bankrupt and all the money that Jay-Z put into it is going up in smoke. Tidal has been teetering on theverge of bankruptcy for a couple of years now.

Tidal's parent company Aspiro AB - which Jay Z and his partners acquired last year for $56 million - posted a loss in 2015 of about $28 million,on revenues of $47 million. Tidal reportedly lost $44 million before taxes in 2016, according to the same source.

The biggest problem for Tidal is that the company has to pay so much money to record labels and rights holders for a license to stream theirhits that it's almost impossible to make any money. Even industry leader Spotify pays more than 80% of its revenue to record labels forstreaming rights, and according to a Wall Street Journal analysis of Tidal's recent filing, it pays about 75% of its revenue to labels. The financial pressure created by those payments - many of which require streaming services to pay a fixed amount regardless of how manytimes a song is played - has driven more than one music service out of business. Rdio has already gone bankrupt. Apple has also restarted it'sentire music service business twice now because it kept failing.

Tidal, which has rarely shared its data publicly, had a streaming exclusive on West's album for its first six weeks of release and continues to bethe exclusive streamer for Beyonce's album. It claimed that West's album had been streamed 250 million times in its first 10 days of release inFebruary of 2016, while claiming it had just 3 million subscribers — a claim that would have meant every subscriber played the album anaverage of eight times per day; and that Beyonce's album was streamed 306 million times in its first 15 days of release in April of 2016. Onceagain requiring that every single subscriber listen to the album 7 times a day for those first 15 days. JAY-Z obviously just made all thesenumbers up so he can give Beyonce and Kimye more money.

The paper wrote "Beyoncé's and Kanye West's listener numbers on Tidal have been manipulated to the tune of several hundred million falseplays… which has generated massive royalty payouts at the expense of other artists." It bases this claim on data contained within a hard driveit obtained that "contains ‘billions of rows of [internal TIDAL data]: times and song titles, user IDs and country codes." Tidal has disputed theinformation on the hard drive, but the paper asserts that it matches information received by labels for the time period.

The Norwegian paper which realized Kanye was faking all of his numbers decided to look at his claims about number of subscribers too. Theyfound that rather than 3 million subscribers Jay-Z claims, Tidal really has 1 million at most. The Norwegian paper reported that Tidal wasintentionally inflating its subscriber count, a report supported by research from British firm Midia , which estimated that Tidal's total number ofsubscribers was closer to 1 million globally. The real number is 500,000 - HALF A MILLION.

Even if you take the 1 million, that means for Jay-Z's Life of Pablo would have to be streamed 24 times a day by every subscriber on Tidal. AndBeyonce's would have had to been streamed 21 times a day. Jay-Z is a jewish gangster with strong support in the Jewish illuminati. That's howhe is able to fake all these numbers and get away with it.

The paper supported its findings with data from NTNU – the Norwegian University of Science and Technology – which it says has "assembledsome of Norway's leading experts in data security and cybercrime prevention." Its report reads in part, "Using advanced statistical analysis ofthe data provided by DN, NTNU determined that there had in fact been a manipulation of the data at particular times due to the large presenceof similar duplicate records occurring for a large percentage of the userbase that was active at any given time. In reviewing the data, inisolation from any other records or logs, it was not possible to determine the exact means of manipulation; however, the absence of recordswith unreadable data suggested it was not an external Structured Query Language Injection (SQLi) vector based attacked, but rathermanipulation from within the streaming service itself. Due to the targeted nature and extent of the manipulation, it is very unlikely that thismanipulation was solely the result of a code based bug or other system anomaly. The following analysis shows in detail why this conclusion isthe most likely conclusion and further, the nature and extent it is suspected that the manipulation has affected the accuracy of the data … Themanipulation appears targeted towards a very specific set of track IDs, related to two distinct albums," "Pablo" and "Lemonade." The reportshould be viewable HERE - though when I tried it appears Jay-Z has had it removed from the internet.

Additionally, the paper contacted several Tidal users and presented them with logs of their individual play counts taken from the hard drive,which said one user played tracks from "Lemonade" 180 times in 24 hours. "No, that can't be right," the user, Tiare Faatea in Washington, DC,said.

According to the paper, Tidal paid Beyonce's label Sony more than $4 million for April and May of 2016, of which "Lemonade" accounted for$2.5 million; it also paid West's label Universal 3.2 million euros, 2 million for "Pablo."

This means neither album was nearly as successful as Jay-Z said. Lemonade wasn't even Beyonce singing on it. She had someone else do allthe vocals.
