2 TCi CSR will assist customer by either setting them back up with 90-day terms on their password or helping them remove the cookie from Tire Centers, LLC.

1 It is critical that you have a valid email address listed on your User Profile in order to complete the authentication process!

A unique authentication key willl be sent to your email address and must be clicked to authenticate the workstation(s).

If your email account cannot be accessed on the workstation to be authenticated, the email can be forwarded to a different email address or the authentication key can be manually entered into your browser’s address bar on your workstation(s).

If your email address is incorrect, you can override the authentication for 14 days and correct your email address. A second email will be sent to you on the last day.

If authentication cannot be completed after 14 days or you do not want to authenticate the workstation, your only option is to remain on the 90-day password reset cycle. This can be set-up by the local CSR.
