We arranged for separate seating arrangementsfor the above said cases.

Students will get room allotment details to their

groups 3 hours before exam starts and no need to

stand in a queue to check the room numbers

Students are suppose to Report to the allotted Room 30

minutes before the exam starts.

On the day of exams, students should be present in the

college at least 1 hour 30 min before exam starts.

Invigilator will Mark the ABSENT Status after 30 min of

the exam starts

Students should stay in the exam hall minimum 2 hours.

SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS

For staff, mask, hand gloves is compulsory

College is providing hand sanitizer for all exam hall.

Check the Faculty signature and your signature in the

answer book

Later verify the all entry in the answer book and sign to the

B-form

Sanitizer can be used after sign to B-Form.

Minimum 2 meter distance between thestudents( Normal Health)

Minimum of 4 meter for suspected case( Special

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF STUDENTS

Faculty will Report to allotted room 30 min before the

commencement of examination.

Check booklets before make entry in the booklets.

Whether all the answer books are properly stitched.

Whether all the pages are numbered serially and total

no. of pages 44.

Students should Search desks, tables, pockets,

wallets, instrument boxes & handover if any

papers / notes / manuscripts / books or any

material to the invigilator.

•Only a single answer book will be issued. No

additional Answer books are permitted.

the students should need to cooperate without any

arguments.

loss or misplacement of any answer book and incorrect

entries made in the answer book and B-form.

Students are not allowed to go

out for toilet / leave the hall

The students should use

“BLACK” ball point pen only.

CIPE & ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES EXAMINATIONS

The duration of exam is 2 hours.

FOR CIPE & ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES EXAMINATIONS

The question paper is of multiple choice type.

There are 4 versions of question paper viz., A,B,C

& D.

OMR sheets only should be used for answering.

The candidate shall enter, USN, version code of question

paper etc., in the OMR sheet correctly. The entries shall be

verified by the room invigilator before affixing the

signature.

FOR CIPE & ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES EXAMINATIONS

Only BLACK BALL POINT PEN shall be

used.

Damaging / overwriting using whitener on OMR

sheet is strictly prohibited

No negative marking for wrong answers.

malpractice, immediately they will handover to the

CS/DCS for needful action.

Candidate not suppose to leave the hall. Abide by

the instructions of the Chief Superintendent in this

Subject handling faculty will make all the necessary

arrangements for the issue of Codes, Handbooks, Tables,

Charts etc., one day before the exam starts.

Virtual Private Network

VTU Introduced VPN system to deliver Question Paper.

We provided IP and MAC ID of system and IP address of

the CCTV.

VTU Will Monitoring all EXAM HALL via internet.

• 1st bell :30 minutes before exam (9.00 am/ 1.00 pm/ 1.30 pm)

• 2nd bell :At beginning (9.30 am / 1.30 pm/ 2.00 pm)

• 3rd bell :Half an hour after beginning of exam (10.00 am /

2.00 pm / 2.30 pm)

• 4th bell :Before 10 minutes (12.20 pm / 4.50 pm/ 5.20 pm)

• 5th bell :At the end of examination(12.30 pm / 5.00 pm / 5.30 pm)
