We were looking for somewhere with a 'Wow' Factor! The Penthouse apartment at the Mill has that in bucket loads. We were immediately attracted

to the large open-plan living area, the steel beams, clean white walls and wood effect floors. All for a fraction of

the cost of a loft apartment. Being the Penthouse it also boasts high ceilings and a bright and airy feel.The outlook from the apartment is of mostly country

views and is possibly the best view from the Mill .The very low maintenance that the apartment has is also an attrac tion. It has it's own parking space too which

is a real bonus. There's lift access as well which makes living there very easy along with the high insulation afforded

by the concrete floors and walls. It's a warm and comfortable apartment which has served us well as a very easy let but for family to use as well . We are

looking for another property in town nearer to the catchment area of a school we like.
