How does a Commanding Officer get feedback from the ARGUS survey tool? Last month, I provided an overview of the ARGUS Survey Tool. I received a lot of feedback and was asked how to get the results that this tool provided to help you assess your command climate with specific feedback. This data can be accessed by Commanding Officers, Executive Officers, Command Master Chiefs and Command Career Counselors through BUPERS Online (BOL) via the ARGUS reporting link. If you need additional assistance, you can contact the ARGUS desk at (901) 874-4267.
