DESCRIPTION

When someone points out our mistake to us, we immediately say, "The work will only be done if I say this," or "He will only straighten his act if I behave like this, I have to do this, this will not do at all." We take the support of various such phrases and instead of rectifying our mistake we cover it up. We also tend to cover up our mistake because we do not want to look bad in front of others. This is called taking side (upranu) with your mistake. Can we become free from our mistake by taking side with it? What could be the effects of taking side with our mistake? What would Gnanis do, if they were in our place under these circumstances? So come along friends, let us carefully understand what Param Pujya Dadashri has to say about `upranu' (siding with your mistake) and obtain keys to become permanently free from our mistakes. - Dimpal Mehta
