Today

• Welcome – you maybe ARE thinking about graduate research in the Mathematical Sciences

• Today we describe research possibilities in Pure, Statistics and Applied at Brunel, City, Imperial, Kent, King’s, LSE, QMUL and UCL

• All of the above institutions contribute jointly to the LTCC

• You, as an MPhil /PhD student, would start to attend some LTCC courses next year

The LTCC:-

• was set up /funded by EPSRC

• broadens your mathematical background

• is based in central London

• runs

Basic courses (mostly for year 1)

Advanced courses (for later years)

Intensive courses (on hot topics)
