Involved in investigation, evaluation, negotiation and settlement of General Liability, Medical Malpractice, Automobile, Homeowners, Fidelity and Surety claims, including multi-million dollar claims, coverage

audits, quality review, and training.

Expert opinions provided regarding claims handling under insurance policies for environmental liability, general liability, uninsured/underinsured motorists, garage liability, auto physical damage, business auto, umbrella liability, and Surety Bonds. Expert opinions provided regarding duty to defend, duty to investigate, duty to evaluate and settle, drop down of Umbrella and Excess carriers.

Taught various insurance courses at Robert Morris College, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, University of Connecticut, Hartford, Connecticut, Memphis Chapter of CPCU, and internally at The Hartford Insurance Group.
