Tonya Dishman, RN at Stonebrooke Rehabilitation Center, has served our community since 2002.

Tonya started out as a CNA and worked in that role for 14 years. Through continued education, she has become a registered nurse and is thrilled to be able to serve our residents with high quality care.

Tonya stated, “I love our seniors. I have gained so much wisdom and tell them all the time that they are my second family.” She leads by example and her team members look up to her and her leadership. Her team members stated that she takes pride in the care and customer service she provides. Stonebrooke is extremely fortunate to have Tonya who demonstrates the C.A.R.E. values daily.

Tonya is a mother of three children and enjoys traveling, visiting national parks and spending time outdoors.
