Welcome to The Fall 2010 edition of Elaine Fleck’s Catalogue of Contemporary Fine Art.
The first section is brimming with new work from the artists represented by The Elaine Fleck Gallery. The second section is titled, “Best of New Submissions”, it contains the work of twenty-six artists. From the hundreds of recent submissions to the Gallery, these are the artists that Elaine Fleck determines will best appeal to her patrons. They each deserve your attention and you have the opportunity this fall to view their work in person at The Elaine Fleck Gallery.
As a result of the Spring 2010 Catalogue promotional campaign, the following four artists were taken on for represen-tation by the Elaine Fleck Gallery: Maggie Broda, Miyoshi Kondo, Beverley Abramson and Annie Seaton. You will find exciting new work from each of these artists included in the Elaine Fleck Gallery Represented Artists section.
As a professional photographer, educator and gallery director, it is my mission to produce, teach and reward excellence in the fine arts and to disseminate the cultural value of contemporary fine art. To that end Elaine Fleck and I have orga-nized wonderful events, workshops and shows for your participation and enjoyment this fall; check out the schedule on the events page in this catalogue. I look forward to seeing you at the Gallery.

CURATOR’S NOTE
ELAINE FLECKGallery Owner, Curator, Art Dealer
The Elaine Fleck Gallery
It was an absolute pleasure meeting the art patrons who came to visit the gallery this past spring and summer, catalogue in hand, to view the pieces they wanted. Art collectors embraced the work of the spring catalogue artists wholeheartedly, resulting in record sales this past season. The Elaine Fleck Gallery and its artists have much to celebrate, and it is your support that we depend on to keep it growing. My purpose is to provide in my gallery, artists that are shaping and leading the way in contemporary fine art, artists that are or will be acknowledged in art history as having a significant influence on our culture.
Kathy Kissik is one artist that fits my mission statement completely. Ms. Kissik has produced several masterpieces this year, each piece was snapped up immediately by a collector or art lover to their great satisfaction. Amy Shackleton is young, energized and is capturing the imagination of art buyers. I had several sell out shows with Amy Shackleton’s work this past year. Amy is a very rare and special talent. Meet the celebrated artist Kathy Kissik and the young sensation Amy Shackleton at the Opening of the September 9th Show “In Person” at the Elaine Fleck Gallery. S. Vote is featured on the front and back cover of this Fall 2010 Catalogue. S. Vote continually resets the bar for excellence in contemporary fine art photography. Come out and view new work by Michael Conway, Inger Whist and S.Vote in the “New Show”, opening reception Thursday November 4th.
I strive daily to provide a gallery that happily brings collectors and artists together. I am available during gallery hours or by appointment to greet you and to personally take you on an art walk through the collection. I look forward to meeting you.

“I remember the first time I bought a piece of serious art, it was a black and white photograph which inspired me
to pursue a black and white campaign for Club Monaco which became part of the DNA of the brand.
A new world opened up to me and I have never stopped collecting since. My wife Kim and I started collecting
contemporary art in 1996. It has enhanced the way we look at the world and has enriched our lives. Whether
it is a Richard Serra painting or the works of an upcoming artist like Kathy Kissik, it is important to rely on the
eye of certain curators and gallery owners like that of Elaine Fleck, to help create a collection that will bring you
years of incredible pleasure.”

Elaine Fleck has garnered a reputation for her discerning eye, great taste, and passion for representing artists who bring
contemporary fine art to the next level.
Ms. Fleck helps individuals both new to collecting art and established. Ms. Fleck also works with corporations and insti-
tutions to purchase contemporary fine art, singly or in collections. In addition to displaying work in a gallery setting, the
gallery maintains an inventory of photographs, photo based fine art, paintings, multi-media, and sculptures.
Framing is an important factor in both displaying and protecting works of art. To that end, the Elaine Fleck Gallery offers
a wide range of custom framing options which are designed to work aesthetically with a piece while providing decades
of protection.
The gallery hours are Wednesday through Sunday, 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm or appointment or by chance.
