Reporting Period
January 1st to December 31st
Required Ranches
Beet, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, celery, Chinese cabbage (napa), collard, endive, kale, leek, lettuce (leaf and head), mustard, onion (dry and green), spinach, strawberry, pepper (fruiting), and parsley.

Tier 2 and 3 farms/ranches with a “high risk” crop at any time between Jan 1st and Dec 31st

Reports for ALL crops grown and harvested between Jan 1st and Dec 31st
Submit form by March 1st 2018
Or within 60 days of a ranch termination
What Crops to Report by March 2018

- Short term crops: All N applied during life of crop- Strawberries, peppers: IF not harvested by Dec 31st
- by March report N that was applied so far- when harvested, update and resubmit form with
all N applied during life of crop- Long term crops: report N applied annually
What N to report by March 2018
- Short term crops: only if harvested during the reporting period of Jan 1st to Dec 31st
- All Other Crops: report even if not harvested.
