The claim is watered down by lesser boats thatcall themselves unsinkable but come up short.Only the legend remains truly unsinkable. Cut a commercial
Boston Whaler in half with a chainsaw (we have) and
not only does it not sink, you can still drive it. Even fully
swamped, under the worst, repeated abuse – intentional
groundings, punctures by submerged objects, and collisions
in dense fog – this boat f loats. On actual missions, Boston
Whalers have returned their crews safely to shore with
a three-foot hole in the bottom, a crushed bow, or even
having been sliced completely in half.

Nobody questions your intentions when you show up in one of these. The signature Brunswick rigid-
hull inf latable boat (RHIB), the Impact does nothing
to discourage its rep as a special ops heavy hitter.
Fast. And tough, starting at the core. Most RHIBs use
conventional, separate stringer blocks. All Impact
models feature a molded one-piece fiberglass stringer
system, adhered to the hull with a bond that’s stronger
than the fiberglass itself, and filled with polyurethane
closed-cell foam for added strength and f lotation.
The Impact’s air- or foam-filled collars act as shock
absorbers to mitigate damage during a collision or tied
alongside another boat or dock, and give the driver
lateral stability and quicker recovery in stacked waves.
Affix to a fiberglass hull, and you get the best of both –
the strength, durability and imperviousness of the hull
with the impact absorption of the collar. The light weight
and great engine capacity of the RHIBs stretch your
operational range and cut your time-to-plane with speed
that’ll push you right back in your seat.

maximum strength with minimum weight

Impact RHIBs are perfect for security and patrol applications: responsive and stable
in rough conditions, yet maneuverable in tight quarters. Its shock absorption and
lateral stability in rough seas allow the Impact to track brilliantly at high speed.
The air- or foam-filled collars are ideal for coming alongside other vessels and are
well suited for dive and rescue applications. Our models range from 15 to 39 feet,

The Impact D features a hybrid air/foam-
filled collar mounted to a solid fiberglass
gunnel. Instead of a fully circular tube,
our Impact D-collar allows for more space
on deck and added maneuverability and
versatility for the crew. The D-collar gives
customers the best characteristics of a
standard fiberglass hull with the benefits of
an RHIB. Law enforcement finds this design
especially suited to tactical maneuvers, where
boarding another craft may be necessary.

The Sentry cabin boat series ranges from 30 to 40 feet
in length. Every model is designed for high performance,
360-degree visibility and aluminum durability. Other
aluminum boats are loud and uncomfortable because
the bare metal hull amplif ies noise and vibration. But
the Sentry series features insulated cabins and shock-
mitigating seats to make your job a lot more tolerable,
if not downright pleasant.
