What is the Real Time Monitoring Tool?
• Client-side application downloaded from Cisco Collaboration Systems
• Uses HTTPS, TCP and JRE to monitor systems in real time
• Connects to CUCM / IMP, CUC, and UCCX
• UCCX requires a separate client installation
• Real-Time monitoring of components
• Visibility into current system conditions
• Gather and download trace and log files
• Analysis of some trace information
• Additional tools….
Accessing RTMT
• Download from “Plugins” menu in UC Applications
• Valid for 32-bit and 64-bit systems
• Log in with permissions from:
• Standard CCM Super Users
• Standard Standard RealtimeAndTraceCollection
