o As of September 16, the Town has collected $881,360 (95%) of the July 2016 Utility Billing ($926,832)
o As of September 16, the Town has collected $1,483,659 (97%) of the FY 2017 Property Tax Billing ($1,533,832)

Wastewater
o Lagoon depths: Large Lagoon is 4.25 feet and Small Lagoon is 3.00 feet o Zones 5-8 in our hay field have been cut, raked, and in the process of being baled o Supernatant pump at the treatment plant was pulled to diagnose pumping issues and cleared
of debris - check valve assembly for the supernatant pump discharge line was also removed and cleared of a blockage
o New flow meter for pump station #1 at the treatment facility has been installed by WG Malden and tested for leaks and proper operation

Participated in Downtown Development District Informational Meeting hosted by the Delaware State Housing Authority and Office of State Planning Coordination
Followed up with local bank regarding several properties in Town Attended Neighborhood Building Blocks Fund – Public input session on Community
Revitalization Strategies – offered input in support of DDD Plan implementation funding Initiated vehicle inquiry with Enterprise Fleet Management for Code Enforcement Represented Town of Georgetown at the DFIT Quarterly Trustee meeting
Town received $23,800 in return of premium from the program Met with Delaware Supreme Court Chief Justice Strine to discuss Georgetown and
Family Court alternatives Participated in final planning for Festival Hispano (Bill Bradley, Gene Dvornick, Captain
Holm) Met with local property owner to discuss code violations and corrective actions needed
