    That Defendant, Robert Kissh, commencing on orabout the 20th day ofOctober, 2011 andcontinuing to the date of this information, inthe Town ofCarmel, County ofPutnam, State ofNeYork, did commita violation of 156-1OH of the TownCodeof the TownofCarmel entitled"Zoning", for changing the use ofa lot without first obtaining Site Plan Approval from the PlanniBoard.

    To wit: On orabout the above referenced date, the defendants did commit the offense byusing the lot for more than the storage ofautomobiles (to wit: truck repairs, dumpsterstorage, dumpster maintenance, and truck maintenance) atDefendants property at21 ErneLane, Mahopac, N.Y. 10541, TaxMap#53.-l-30, defendant violated the Town Code ofthTown ofCarmel. The conditions alleged herein were observed onSeptember 25,2011,October 12,2011, andDecember21,2011.Each weeks continued violation alleged herein shall constitute aseparate and distinct violationand each and every such violation andnoncompliance respectively bepunishable by afine ofnmore than $1,000 or by imprisonmentfornotmore than oneyear, or by both suchfineandimprisonment.
