TRAILER AND WINDOW TRUCK FEATURES

Metalcraft design and manufacture articulated trailers to meet your needs with each articulated trailer being mounted on air bag suspension systems.

Window carriers are designed and manufactured to your required size.Our carriers can be fitted with a Metalcraftlightweight aluminium glass carrier, which allows you to deliver oversized glass to site when the windows are delivered.

Metalcraft towable trailers feature external glass racks and can have internal racks fitted.Trailers can also be fitted with side curtains to keep the load clean and dry.Our trailers can be custom sized to suit your needs.

TRIPLE AXLE TRAILER

This Triple axle articulated trailer is 10.5M long and features a low 700mm internal floor height which allows for a low overall height with the ability to carry full height

glass cases with the roof closed. The trailer features air bag suspension and super single tyres. The trailer has a full glide top roof to allow for crane loading of full case

glass. The load is protected with side curtains.

Glass is retained using Metalcraft external sprung glass poles with non marking sliding retention blocks with optional adjustable scissor clamps.

TANDEM AXLE TRAILER

TANDEM AXLE JUMBO SHEET TRAILER

This tandem axle articulated trailer is 9.5M long and has been designed to carry 5200mm x 3100mm high flat glass sheets, while still keeping under the maximum height

of 4250mm.

The trailer features air bag suspension and single tyres which allows for the external load supporting ledge with raised rubber protected base blocks to be 250mm wide.The trailer has a full glide top opening roof to allow for crane loading of full cases of glass with the load being protected with side curtains. The glass is retained with Metalcrafts

external sprung glass retaining poles with non marking sliding retention blocks with optional adjustable scissor clamps.

This 3.5M long x 1800mm high tandem trailer is perfect for site glazing work.

The trailer has secure strapping poles with self locking cams and non marking sliding retention blocks. The load is protected by side curtains and a opening fabric

roof with rear door.

This 3.5M long x 2200mm high tandem trailer is perfect for site glazing work.

This trailer shows a crawler crane fitted inside and two aluminium load ramps that can be used for loading the crane and for site work. These trailers are covered with high quality fibreglass sheets and can be designed and manufactured to suit your

company needs.

The frame is manufactured from galvanized steel sections and the windows are protected from damage by our non marking insert rubber sections. The truck has a

rear load step and can be fitted with certified tow bars.

This 5M window truck has a window support frame which is manufactured using galvanized steel sections. The windows are protected from damage by our non marking insert rubber sections. The truck has a rear load step and can be fitted

with a certified tow bar if required.
