The safe lifting of the loads is dependent on establishing a trustworthy relationship between a crane operator and dogman. This can only happen when workers have appropriate training to become competent.

As a dogman you will learn the fundamentals of working the end of the hook as a crane chaser. This involves assessing the load, selection and inspection of lifting equipment, applying slinging and directing loads using different means of communication.

A competent crane operator requires these fundamental skills to safely lift and shift loads. Our skilled trainers will guide you in your pathway of conducting safe crane operations from vehicle loading cranes through to slewing mobile cranes over 100 tonne.
