Working with theleadership TAO -- take Time, make Agreements, be Observant --combined with rich exercises will transition your leadershiptowards a deeper understanding of the interpersonal factorsneeded for your employees to chose your leadership.

The TRAIL finds its origin in the complex environments of large-scale industrial installations. TRAIL addresses the growing, crossindustry consensus that the individual leadership plays an everstronger role in the prevention of and reaction to disasters; be thatpersonal, project, financial or environmental. The program providesa platform where you can establish new 'next practices' that helpyou face your personal and business challenges. You canexperience what other leaders are doing in the world, build on theirknowledge, and learn to empower yourself to become an effectiveleader. Taking the TRAIL will help you increase your knowledgeand skills, and create opportunities for sharing internationalexperiences.

TRAINING STRUCTUREDay 1 - Foundation• Learning objectives and personal goals• Values, allergies and dilemma decisions

Day 2 - Reactions• TAO principles: take Time, make Agreement, be Observant• Time, reptile reactions and proactive prioritization• Communication and change management

Day 3 - Collaboration• Agreements, motivation and delegation• Open questions and the skill/will prism• Observe, feedback, body language and intercultural aspects

Day 4 - Team• Team development and intercultural appreciation• Intervention and conflict management• Individual application and closing

International ContextAll through the TRAIL program there is an added emphasis on thechallenges facing a leader in an international organization. Themany challenges and real-life cases brings the participant a uniqueblend of best practices and applied learnings from interculturalcollaborations across nearly all Europe and extending from Asia tothe United States.

PARTICIPANTSInternational (developing) leaders, department- and team leadersand project-managers with daily (international) leadershipresponsibilities and dependency on team success, often with 5-25direct reports and 2+ years of real leadership experience.

TRAINING RESULTSBy completing the program, you will get a deeper insight aboutyourself and the way you approach essential leadership dilemmas.You gain rich understanding of your underlying motivation and howthis influences others, especially in challenging encounters andtowards time-crunched deadlines.
