GRAHAM RAMSEY - Chief Executive Officer

Graham has held various senior management positions and has worked

in Europe, the Far East and South Africa. The early part of his career was

in publishing, most notably as Chief Executive of Link House. He went on

to run a fully listed PLC, taking the travel interest into ATP and helping to

establish this company as a major international player.

ADAM KNIGHTS - Sales Director

After 5 years heading Sales & Account Management, Adam was appointed

to the board in 2005. At Seaforths Travel he diversified the business by

exporting the successful oil and gas model to a number of new sectors.

He previously worked for American Express and Trailfinders.

IAN SINDERSON - Director ATP Sports Events

Ian transferred into ATP in 2003 after 5 years as Managing Director of

TelMe Farebase, building the travel technology business from a standing

start. Now he is building the Sports Events division from a similar stage.

GARY HANCE - Director of Yield and Technology

Gary is the architect of our highly successful and industry leading

technology. His breakthrough began when oil industry needs for an on

call service led to the creation of a bulletin board-based online booking

tool in 1995. ATP’s online tools continue to move forward and Gary sits on

the GTMC Technology Working Party as well as ATP’s Board.

BOB MORGAN - Director of International Development

Bob was previously Managing Director at Ayscough Travel before it

merged with Seaforths Travel to form ATP. His responsibilities include

supplier relations and negotiations, GlobalStar and international

developments.

delivering passports, tickets and visas 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When a call came in from Ross McRae, a

client from Subsea 7, telling us "we have a compassionate emergency on our hands and need a passport in Rio fast",

A Ticket Window user

ATP lead with technological solutions in a changingmarket. Our IT experts have developed a number ofexclusive products. Unlike most of our competitors, wemake no charge for using any of our software systems.This means your trips can be booked quicker, cheaperand more efficiently.

Ticket Window - for travel bookers.

The most established of our online offerings, this uses client/server

technology, has an ‘easy’ mode for new users and a professional mode

for the more experienced. It features an interface directly to a Central

Reservations System, is aimed at the client who wants close control over

travel expenditure and is looking to show a return on air fare savings. It

also has hotel, car hire and seat allocation capabilities.

Corporate Traveller - for both bookers and travellers.

Completely browser based this offers most of the functionality of Ticket

Window but is designed for the occasional as well as regular booker. It

can be used by travellers, secretaries or travel bookers with equal ease

and a minimum of training. Traveller profiles and Management

Information Systems are integral elements of both Ticket Window and

Corporate Traveller, as is travel policy compliance and email authorisation.

Both systems also offer hotel, rail and car reservations. Corporate

Traveller also provides an interface to the many low-cost carriers now

operating in the European marketplace.

ATP ReturnTrip.com - for low-cost point-to-point bookings.

This new system caters to the market need for a booking system which

operates with little or no agent intervention to book simple itineraries.

For use on UK and European bookings it covers low-cost and scheduled

carriers all in one view. It gives easy online access at a very low booking

fee. As with Ticket Window and Corporate Traveller, it can display and

book from the full range of ATP negotiated fares, as well as the 10 million

fares that the airlines publish. Ideal for businesses that want a simpler low

cost option for itineraries that need little agent help.

The most established of our online offerings, this uses client/server

technology, has an ‘easy’ mode for new users and a professional mode

for the more experienced. It features an interface directly to a Central

Reservations System, is aimed at the client who wants close control over

travel expenditure and is looking to show a return on air fare savings. It

also has hotel, car hire and seat allocation capabilities.

Corporate Traveller - for both bookers and travellers.

Completely browser based this offers most of the functionality of Ticket

Window but is designed for the occasional as well as regular booker. It

can be used by travellers, secretaries or travel bookers with equal ease

and a minimum of training. Traveller profiles and Management

Information Systems are integral elements of both Ticket Window and

Corporate Traveller, as is travel policy compliance and email authorisation.

Both systems also offer hotel, rail and car reservations. Corporate

Traveller also provides an interface to the many low-cost carriers now

operating in the European marketplace.

ATP ReturnTrip.com - for low-cost point-to-point bookings.

This new system caters to the market need for a booking system which

operates with little or no agent intervention to book simple itineraries.

For use on UK and European bookings it covers low-cost and scheduled

carriers all in one view. It gives easy online access at a very low booking

fee. As with Ticket Window and Corporate Traveller, it can display and

book from the full range of ATP negotiated fares, as well as the 10 million

fares that the airlines publish. Ideal for businesses that want a simpler low

cost option for itineraries that need little agent help.

Graham has held various senior management positions and has worked

in Europe, the Far East and South Africa. The early part of his career was

in publishing, most notably as Chief Executive of Link House. He went on

to run a fully listed PLC, taking the travel interest into ATP and helping to

ADAM KNIGHTS - Sales Director

After 5 years heading Sales & Account Management, Adam was appointed

to the board in 2005. At Seaforths Travel he diversified the business by

exporting the successful oil and gas model to a number of new sectors.

He previously worked for American Express and Trailfinders.

IAN SINDERSON - Director ATP Sports Events

Ian transferred into ATP in 2003 after 5 years as Managing Director of

TelMe Farebase, building the travel technology business from a standing

start. Now he is building the Sports Events division from a similar stage.

GARY HANCE - Director of Yield and Technology

Gary is the architect of our highly successful and industry leading

technology. His breakthrough began when oil industry needs for an on

call service led to the creation of a bulletin board-based online booking

the GTMC Technology Working Party as well as ATP’s Board.
