Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Sebastopol will hold a public hearing to fulfill the public protest hearing requirements in the updates to the Comprehensive User Fee Schedule. Upon its conclusion, the City Council shall consider adoption of Resolution Approving the Comprehensive User Fee Schedule which lists certain fees and deposits col-lected by City departments for FY 2020-21 for the City of Sebastopol.

PROVISIONS OF THE GOVERNOR’S EXECUTIVE ORDERS WHICH SUSPENDS CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS OF THE RALPH M. BROWN

ACT. In accordance with Executive Orders N-25-20 and N-29-20 the September

15, 2020 City Council meeting will be held virtually.

MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC MAY NOT ATTEND THIS MEETING IN PER-SON BY ORDER OF THE SHELTER IN PLACE DIRECTIVE.

The City Council Meeting Scheduled for Tuesday, September 15, 2020, will

be conducted virtually in accordance with Governor Newsom’s State of Emergency declaration regarding the COVID-19 outbreak, Executive Order

N-29-20, and the Guidance for Gatherings issued by the California Department of Public Health and Sonoma County Public Health Officer. City

Councilmembers and staff will participate in the meeting virtually, while practicing social distancing, from individual remote locations.

Anyone interested may attend virtually by phone or computer and be heard at this meeting. Zoom Information will be available 72 hours prior to the City Council meeting.
