How do I know if my sales order has been received? – Once you place your order through Trimble Store,
a Sales Order Number will be issued. – If placing your order manually, you will receive a
confirmation number by email. After the order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail notification containing your sales order number. Please keep this information in a safe place as you will need it for any further communication you have with Trimble about the order.

Where do I find part number and pricing information? – To immediately search for part number and pricing
information go to Trimble Store (https://store.trimble.com/hh). Select a product category or enter the part number in the Search field. If you only know part of the description or part number then add a wildcard (%) along with the word or part number.
– To download a price list, double click on the Price List Icon bar located on the top right of the page.

How do I check the status of my order? – You can track the status of your order online
through Trimble Store (https://store.trimble.com/hh) by clicking on the Orders icon (top right of page) and entering the required data. You can also send an email to [email protected] for further assistance.

My order did not arrive when it was supposed to. What can I do? – Track your order online through Trimble Store to
see if there are any shipping updates. If you need more information send an email to [email protected].

What are service parts and am I able to order service parts? – A Service Part is any subcomponent of a main
assembly that requires disassembly of the product to allow replacement (for example, internal components of a GPS receiver such as circuit boards and housing seals).
– Note: All cables, user accessible batteries, chargers, user manuals, and complete accessories such as range poles and carrying cases are not Service Parts.

What are Maintenance Parts? – Maintenance Parts or Service Level 1 Parts are
replacement parts which do not require disassembly of the product, such as cables, brackets. Maintenance Parts are now available on Trimble Store for purchase. They are located in Trimble Store on a tab called Maintenance Parts.

What is Trimble Store? – Trimble Store is an online system that enables you to see
real-time information regarding your account at your own convenience.
– You can: – Place and track your orders – View part information including descriptions, images and
bills of materials – Locate parts based on part numbers and descriptions – Purchase an upgrade and receive the passcode online – Download price lists or view real time pricing – View shipments, invoices, and payments

How do I use Trimble Store? – Trimble Store is easy to use. To get acquainted with
the features of the store please go to the HELP section located on the top right of the store. Review ‘Trimble Store FAQ’, and familiarize yourself with the detailed Trimble Store Feature documents that provide a summary of the main features. Should you still require assistance on how to navigate in Trimble Store please contact your Order Fulfillment Specialist.

How do I obtain access to Trimble Store? – Please contact your Trimble Sales Representative for
access to Trimble Store or Trimble’s Passcode Retrieval Site.

How do I retrieve my Passcode in Trimble Store? – Go to the Upgrades tab (right side of top menu bar).
There you will find step-by-step instructions on how to easily generate your Passcode. [email protected] is available to help generate Passcodes if a customer does not have store access, fix a Passcode error due to an incorrect serial number or selection of part number and provide training on Passcode generation.
– Technical Support should be contacted if a customer is having trouble with installation or any other difficulty using the hardware.
