Brooke’s poetry is guaranteed to make
some people laugh, some people cry and
everyone think. He draws inspiration for
his poetry from all areas of his life.
Due to the flu & cold season, we will

The Mission Cross contribution project for January is the "Soap-er" Bowl. We will be collecting all
kinds of soap: laundry, bar, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, etc. for the Food Pantry. Thank you to
everyone who donated hats, gloves, scarves, and socks for the local school children. The weather has
definitely made all of these items necessary!
If you would like to be a Communion Assistant, please contact our Communion coordinator,
Donna Throndson at 641-330-7239. Communion is served the 1st & 3rd Sunday of the month.

“Dealing with Grief”
Have you lost a friend or loved one and trying to
cope with the loss? Join St. Croix Hospice
for a session on “Dealing with Grief”. This
session will be held at the New Hampton Nursing
and Rehab on January 25th at 3:00 pm. Everyone
is welcome to attend.
On February 20 at 7:00 the Trinity Book Club will meet at the home of Vi Sullivan to
discuss Bitter Sweet by LaVyrle Spencer. Maggie struggles with grief due to her husband's
death. Eric struggles with an unhappy marriage. Could these high school sweethearts
follow a dream from the past, or had they missed a chance of a lifetime?
Would you like to be a Greeter? Give Muriel Meyer a call at 394-4434,
if you would be able to greet before service on Sunday mornings.
