Pit Lane Walk Provided exclusively for our guests, this service offers an opportunity to take a closer look at the Pit Lane action and enter an area otherwise reserved for official MotoGP personnel only.This is a unique tour for all the guests from the MotoGP VIP Village, which takes place on Saturday and Sunday in between racing activity.

Paddock TourVIP Village guests are given the opportunity to take a 30 minute walk through the Paddock to see what is going on behind the scenes.Entering the Paddock you will experience what the life of the riders, teams and sponsors entails at the circuit.

Service Road TourMotoGP VIP Village guests are given the unique opportunity to ride along the service road, parallel to the track, in a top of the range BMW X5.This provides the chance to see the bikes and riders close-up during the race or practice.

TAILORED CORPORATE FACILITIES

Our available options will provide you with the most suitable solution for your requirements.

The design of our venues means there is always access to a general area (MotoGP Lounge) where small corporate groups, individuals or private guests can be accommodated. Your decision on whether to use a Corporate Area or the MotoGP Lounge will simply be based on the number of guests you are inviting and the type of event that you are planning to organise.

1. MotoGP vip village lounge – networking and interaction

The Lounge in the MotoGP VIP VILLAGE is reserved for smaller groups and single clients.In this area you have the opportunity to interact with other guests visiting the MotoGP VIP Village. This is the perfect place in which to socialise, network or host business meetings.

A group consisting of a minimum of 10 people can be provided with a reserved, corporate table, which will be designated by the logo of your company or organization.Groups of under 10 people will share a table with other small parties.

2. Corporate Area – make your own event

A Corporate Area is the ideal environement in which to host larger groups of guests, for PR events, press conferences, product launches or simply to enjoy a day at the races.

Reserving a Corporate Area at your chosen Grand Prix will allow you to select from a list of included services at no extra cost in order to facilitate the event or simply create the atmosphere which you require.

A minimum of 60-80 guests are required at European Grands Prix and between 60-100 guests for Grands Prix outside Europe.

2.1. Features

Your exclusive, private, Corporate Area will be fully equipped to handle your event in a high standard of quality and comfort.

Facilities include: - Exclusive catering and bar service - Designated signage: your company name and logo can be printed on your VIP passes and displayed on the external signage outside your corporate area - Adaptable colour scheme: carpet, linen and flower arrangements can be adapted to your corporate image - Flat screen monitors / a minimum number of flat screen monitors will be positioned showing the exclusive images that Dorna produces. - Exclusive space: at least 1.5m2 per person - Dedicated staff and passes - corporate personnel - Service access for personnel - Option to choose between classic or modern furniture (MotoGP VIP Village New Concept) - Standard hard wall interior panels to divide the area from other cor porate areas - Private outdoor furniture - Decorative plants

Corporate Areas can be extensively customised to optimise your corporate identity. Our premises allow you the freedom, with our assistance, to create the perfect ambience and deliver an effective message to your clients.
