1. Cek Fisik / Visual Periksa System Power

Periksa indikator LED

Modul Power (PWx)

Modul Uplink (IPMB)

2. Ukur jaringan Optic secara end to end

3. Cek Konfigurasi Uplink

Lihat status Port IPM 0/2 0 yang merupakan Uplink ke Metro

sampai ke CPE termasuk cek aristor di RK MSAN.

Cek modul di MSAN.

pelanggan tidak bisa melayani voice daninternet (tidak ada tone, modem blinking)

Change Port telepon pelanggan tanpamengubah konfigurasi SoftSwitch

Langkah-langkah yang harus dilakukan :

1. Catat TID dan No. Tlp pada port 0/7/02. Menghapus mgpstnuser pada port 0/7/0

3. Setting port 0/8/1 sesuai dengan data port 0/7/0 sebelumnya
