PURATEK troughed belt conveyors are offered in belt widths from 400 to 1200 mm and maximum distances between ax-les up to 100 m.

Compared with other conveying systems belt conveyors en-able with their simple operating mode fast conveying speed with large volume and bulk capacity.

The PURATEK swivelling devices allow variable discharging positions. Heavy ball turntables and the distortion-resist-ant design enable maximum self- supporting conveyor belt lengths of 6 m. The optional hydraulic height adjustment en-ables an adaptation to the charging cone.

Angles of horizontal swing of 180/360° can be achieved by means of the motor-driven swinging device. Fully automatic filling processes can be realized by means of suitable con-trols in connection with echo sounding systems to scan the charging cone.

PURATEK cages make it possible to displace the conveyor in longitudinal direction. The reversible belt drive and the com-pact dimensions of the cages ensure a large useful feeding zone.

A variety of options and accessories, such as swivelling and shifting devices, rotary central columns, movable stands, echo sounding systems, electronic speed controls and many others allow almost every imaginable field of application for the PURATEK troughed belt conveyors .

PURATEK provides various scrapper systems to clean belt and drum. Upper-belt covers as protection against dust or atmospheric influences as well as drip tubs are optionally available.
