Overview
Since 1992, LevRose Real Estate has been a full service real estate company servicing Scottsdale and the Greater Phoenix area. We provide services for commercial leasing, sales and commercial property management. LevRose handles the leasing, sales and/or management of over 200 commercial properties encompassing over three million square feet of office and retail space within the Greater Phoenix and Scottsdale areas. Our team is dedicated to providing our clients with the highest level of service through industry knowledge of the marketplace. Our goal is to represent you, our client, in a professional manner while maintaining high expectations and standards for our performance.
LevRose, based in downtown Scottsdale, has been ranked as one of the “Top 20 Brokerage Firms” by CoStar Group and Commercial Property News. Geoff TurbowAs part of a two person team specializing in representing landlords, tenants (businesses), buyers and sellers, Geof frey is involved in all aspects of commercial real estate. Since joining LevRose Commercial Real Estate in May 2003, Geof frey keeps the needs of his clients in the forefront as he tracks current economic trends and advises his clients in the best and most accurate way possible.
Geof frey has been involved in over 300 sale and lease transactions totaling over $250,000,000 in transactions and approximately 900,000 square feet. Having a keen sense of the market, Geof frey’s market reach allows him to provide his clients with the up to date market information allowing them to make prudent business decisions.
With a degree in economics from the Ohio State University, Geof frey is responsible for leading his clients, coordinating the teams marketing approach and provides superior consulting services on every transaction.

Zak KottlerZak has been involved with the commercial real estate business since 2004 and has obtained thorough market knowledge of the Greater Phoenix area since his relocation to Arizona. He focuses primarily on tenant/buyer representation and has successfully negotiated over 250 transactions since beginning his career with LevRose in 2007. From the initial lease or purchase consultation, to site selection, to successful transaction, he always put his client’s best interests first, while saving them time and money so they can focus on what’s most important; running their business. Zak is constantly researching market transactions and trends to provide added value and better assist his client’s with striking the best possible deal on their behalf.

Joe CosgroveJoe will assist the Turbow/Kottler team and will provide the team with extensive marketing, research and customer service for their landlord and tenant representation assignments located throughout Greater Phoenix, Metropolitan area. Originally from Philadelphia, Pa., Joe Cosgrove relocated to Scottsdale, Arizona with his family in 2004. Cosgrove is a recent graduate from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in business communications and a minor in real estate. During his time at ASU, Cosgrove held a position on the Arizona State Men’s Lacrosse Team from 2009-2012 and was appointed president of the program from 2010-2012. Prior to his work with the Arizona State Men’s Lacrosse Team, Cosgrove served as a coach for an elementary flag football team for the city of Scottsdale. Cosgrove began working with LevRose in August 2013 and he currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona.

Brennah GurleyBrennah Gurley, a Sacramento native, mother of two chihuahuas and a typeface fanatic, joined the Levrose team as the Marketing Manager in 2013. Brennah has years of graphic design experience including her bachelors in graphic design from Otis College of Art & Design in Los Angeles. It is Brennah’s daily mission to ensure all brokers and clients have an edge on the competition through eye pleasing designs showcasing each Levrose property. In addition to design and prior to joining LevRose, Brennah obtained her Google & Microsoft online advertising certifications while managing tens of thousands of online ads, each generating real leads across the globe. Brennah currently uses her savvy web abilities to manage the multiple e-blasts and newsletters for Levrose.
