2016年1月1日推出的德国莱茵TÜV测试标识由标识图形、认证内容摘要以及对应证书的专属ID编号三部分组成。专属ID编号由颁证机构创建并授予获得认证的客户。

以下样本仅供参考，使用时请以您所获得证书上的测试标识为准。

只有拥有有效证书的客户有权使用德国莱茵TÜV测试标识。无论是标识图形还是附加信息

区域的格式和内容均不允许修改。一旦修改即视作伪造。例如，标识扭曲变形、ID号码与

证书不对应、或断章取义等。

标识的使用不应产生误导。被授权的客户应对测试标识的使用进行管理和控制，不得将

测试标识使用在与被认可的范围无关的其他业务中。例如，不允许将管理体系认证标识

用于产品或消费者所见的产品资料中。再如，如果证书只对型号“FH2012”进行认证，

那么未经认证的型号“FH2013”，即使在设计与制造方面完全相同，也绝对不允许使

旁。

客户仅允许在认证范围和认证有效期内按照测试及认证规定使用测试标识。如果证书到

求同样适用于被认证产品、型号以及获证机构。

未经允许，证书持有人不得向第三方转让证书及其测试标识的使用权。

德国莱茵TÜV与其他测试机构颁发的测试标识不可相互替代。

以上要求同样适用于德国莱茵TÜV集团属下各机构颁发的带公告机构号（Notified Body）的CE标识，例如：

TÜV Rheinland’s Test Marks Usage Guidelines

Starting from 1st of January 2016, TÜV Rheinland’s test mark comprises the mark graphic

(left), service keywords and the individual ID number. The individual ID corresponding to

the certificate is created and issued by TÜV Rheinland.

The following images are samples only. Please refer to your certificate when using the test

mark.

And, if the certificate only contains certified model “FH2012”, a non-certified model

“FH2013” MUST NOT use the test mark, even though they are identical in design and con-

struction. The test mark is allowed to be displayed at the corresponding model only.

Test marks can only be used within the certified scope and valid certified period, and

in conformance with the testing and certification regulations. If the certificate is can-

celled, an immediate halt must be placed on using test marks on the related products,

Internet, advertisements and marketing materials. This also applies to the certified

products and models and the certificate holder authorised to use the mark.

The use rights of marks and certificates must not be transferred without prior permis-

sion from TÜV Rheinland.

TÜV Rheinland’s test marks and those of other testing institutes are not interchangeable.

The above requirements are applicable to all CE marks with Notified Body No. issued

by the subsidiaries of TÜV Rheinland.

According to TÜV Rheinland Testing and Certification Regulations, infringements thereof may result in fines of up to EUR 25,000 per case.

According to German Product Safety Law (ProdSG), any misuse of GS mark must be made public electronically and may, in extreme cases, result in fines of up to EUR 100,000 or imprisonment for 1 year per case.

Test marks can only be used on products as long as corresponding valid certificates exist. Test

marks cannot be modified, regardless of mark graphic, additional information, layout or con-

tent. If the mark is modified it will be considered counterfeit. Such modifications could include

but not be limited to a distorted mark, an ID number that does not correspond to the certificate

or only part of the mark used.

No misleading use. Authorised clients should manage and control the use of the mark,

which cannot be used in any business outside the certified scope. For example, the

Systems certification mark must not be used on a product that can be seen by consu-

mers or one that has any indications for product compliance.

The test mark and its information area are always set off from colorful back grounds by a white line to

make the test mark visually stand out against a wide range ofbackgrounds and often among a variety

of different pieces of information and symbols.

There are limits for using the test mark. In this case, these limits deal with the areas where inverted versions of

the test mark are displayed together with a QR code. This is because white QR codes are not machine-readable.


Test marks cannot be modified, regardless of mark graphic, additional information, layout or content. If the

mark is modified it will be considered counterfeit.

Placing the test mark in your advertise-

ments communicates safety, quality

and transparency. In an 8½ x 11 inch

ad, the test mark should not be smaller

than 20 mm (¾“). If the certified pro-

duct appears in the ad, the test mark

should always be placed near it. The

reader should be able to recognize

which product is certified. The large

image here is a good example. If the test

mark is placed near text and images,

it must be surrounded by a neutral field

without content. That field must be as

wide as the height of the blue base in

the basic mark.

In the small image, on the other hand,

the TÜV Rheinland test mark is in-

tegrated into the other ad content by

“framing” it with the “Müller corpo-

rate color” turquoise. That creates the

impression that TÜV Rheinland has

classified the product as “Very good”.

This is not true, and so it is also not

permitted.

play the test mark on a cup of yogurt, an

TV – always make sure that it is promi-

nently displayed and at least 20 mm (¾“)

sign to see the TÜV Rheinland test mark

on your products.

also out of the question, it is recom-mended

to turn to alternative processes, such as

embossing the test mark on the product.

The size of the mark should be adapted to

the technical capabilities of the embossing

tools. Keywords and the ID number must

be clearly legible here as well.

Rheinland”. If you want to communica-

te that message with a flag or a banner,

for example, the test mark should

in the form provided to you.
