    I Recap: As Jack faced his dis-

    ciplinary hearing for going

    rogue to bring down a human-

    trafficking ring and gettingshot in the process the rest

    of the team investigated a

    strange incident at a coffee

    shop where five people disap-peared within seconds of one

    another. The suicide of a friend

    of one of the missing persons

    was the key to solving the case,which involved the molestation

    of children at a camp yearsearlier. Jack was relieved of his

    duties as head of the Missing

    Persons Unit. Sam had herbaby a boy. Jack visited her

    at the hospital and told her she

    no longer needed to go through

    Recap: A coffin broke during a funeral, reveal-ing two bodies inside. One of them was a private

    investigator with ties to Lou Gedda, the mobster

    and strip club owner who tried to frame Warrickfor the death of one of his dancers.

    Later, police find Warrick standing

    over Geddas body at his club, gun

    in hand and arrest him. A bloodykey was found in the locker of a

    police officer named Pritchard

    clearing Warrick of Geddas mur-

    der. After a celebratory breakfastwith his colleagues, Warrick was approached by

    Undersheriff McKeen, whom hed insulted during

    an earlier case involving Gedda. He told McKeen

    he suspected others were involved in the mob-sters murder and he planned to pursue them.

    McKeen shot and killed Warrick.

    CSI: Miami Returns: 10 p.m. Monday

    I Recap: The CSI team investigated the death of a

    man involved in illegal munitions trafficking.

    Suspecting that their shooter had powder burns,

    they questioned two men with powder-burned

    hands. One was an ammo dealer who did businesswith the dead man. He was killed as he was being

    arrested. The other was Ron Saris, who turned out

    to be recently married to Julia, the mother ofHoratios son, Kyle. Convinced that Ron was onlyafter Julias money and could hurt Kyle, Horatio

    persuaded them to meet him at an airfield. They

    never showed, but the dead mans brother did; he

    shot the ammo dealer to avenge his siblings death.Horatio is shot while he waits for Julia.

    CSI: NYReturns: 10 p.m. WednesdayIRecap: A bank robber calling himself Joe asked

    for a crime scene investigator to come into the

    bank, whose manager had been shot dead, to prove

    that he didnt kill the man. Mac went in and used aportable CT scanner to capture images of the dead

    man so that Sid and Hawkes could do a long-dis-

    tance autopsy. Then the bank managers wife was

    shot at home with the same gun. Joe told Mac

    the real robbers were holding his family. Mac emp-tied Joes gun and drove him to Joes home, which

    was empty, but Joe saved one bullet, which he

    loaded into his gun as he ordered Mac to driveonto a bridge.

    IRecap: Things wont be as bad

    for Philadelphia police detective

    Lilly Rush as they were a year ago,

    since she was getting back to the

    job after being shot. She and hercohorts will continue to revisit

    long-unsolved crimes, with the

    show maintaining its clever con-

    ceit of often using two guest casts

    one playing relevant charactersin the present day, the other por-

    traying the same parts in flash-

    backs to a previous year, when thegiven storys crime was commit-

    ted. True cases have fueled many

    episodes, so it wouldnt be a surprise to see that happen again, along with the use of one par-

    I Recap: NCIS Director Jenny Shepard

    attended the funeral of Decker, a retired

    agent with whom she andGibbs had worked under

    cover in Europe years earli-

    er. When she overheard a

    man at the funeral using acode name from that time,

    she feared the worst. A lead

    from Deckers widow sent

    Shepard to the Nevada desert, where

    Decker owned a diner. Tony and Ziva

    tracked her there, but they were too late;

    shed been fatally shot. Assistant Director

    Leon Vance was promoted to director, and

    he immediately disbanded Gibbs team,terminating Zivas liaison position, assign-

    ing Tony to sea duty and transferring

    McGee to the Cyber Crimes Unit. The sea-son ended with him saying, Agent Gibbs,meet your new team.
