• EC Delegation could support in seeking the approval of the project from the government, dissemination, visibility of the action, etc

• Consider the possibility of providing resources for conducting an impact assessment of the beneficiaries after the Action finishes

Best practices• Combine the development of soft skills and technical skills in order to improve

productivity• Acknowledgement of prior learning and use of educational techniques for adults• Encourage the development of an M&E framework based on the approved log-frame
