In this document, we have put together a comprehensive list of useful resources, websites, apps and tools that will help progress pupils with their touch typing skills. At time of creating this document, all the apps,
websites and tools mentioned were available and working.
I have included the objectives from the progression document linked to typing. Giving children regular opportunities to improve their typing skills similar to handwriting is the best way to support children to
develop their knowledge and understanding and subsequently improve their typing skills.

BBC Dance Mat TypingFree to use, available on the web, Dance Mat Typing is a child-friendly program that slowly introduces kids to the skill of typing. It is a 12 stage sequence, with three stages in each level.
