Intro To Practice Time Task / Activity / Session Content Intro To Practice Practice will be half field tactical awareness and situations. We will discuss & implement the following situations: Broken line situations and rules 16 yard free hits with both formations Outside the 25 free hits Numbers up situations Numbers down situations Warm Up 15 Minutes Captains to lead wam up Intro Drill- 2 v 1, 3 v 2, 4 v 3 15 mins 1. A1 and A2 play and 2v1 against D1. 2. When that is over, all 3 players move into the middle and play a 3v2 with A3 and D2. 3.When that is over the 3 attackers and D2 move over the far side and play a 4v3with A4, D3 and D4.
