The Husky Athletic Fund allows UConn to

provide an elite level academic and athletic

experience for over 650 student-athletes. The

goal of the UConn Athletics Department is

to produce exemplary student-athletes who

succeed in all facets of life and make us proud

to “bleed blue.” Recently, we have made critical

steps towards the funding and building of a

new sports complex which will house our

baseball, softball, and soccer teams. This facility

will provide another world class complex to our

beloved campus, allowing our student-athletes

to continue their pursuit of excellence. This past

academic year, UConn set the standard in the

American Athletic Conference by having 276

student-athletes selected to the Conference

All-Academic Team. Every contribution to this

effort makes a profound impact on the lives

of our student-athletes, both in the classroom

and during competition. Operating a 24-sport

program is an effort that would be impossible

without The Husky Athletic Fund.
