JUDICIAL SERVICESRESULT UDAIPU-
RITES EXCELIs there any relation between the result of a competitive
exam and the changes taking place in the society.Of course
yes. The first revealing fact of the result of the Rajasthan Judicial
Service Entrance Exam 2018 is that female candidate’s out-
numbered male ones. Out of 197 successful candidates 126
(64%) are women and they secured 8 out of the top 10 places.
Three of them are from Jaipur. The remaining ones are
Diksha Madan, Sonal Vyas( Bikaner) Priya Gupta(
Karnal,Haryana )Shikha Purohit ( Bharatpur) and Sonal
Lalwani( Jodhpur)
Candidates from Udaipur have done extremely well. Topper
Mayank Pratap Singh who is just 21 and half year old has the
distinction of being the youngest to clear this exam. After pass-
ing class 8 from Mavli , he went to Jaipur. His father Rajkumar
is Headmaster, Sangrampura, Bhindar, Udaipur and mother
Manju is senior teacher, Balawas, Vallabhnagar Udaipur. He
has passed his Law degree exam from Rajasthan University
and while studying kept preparing for his entrance exam. He
studied for 8 months devoting 10 to 12 hours every day. He is
studied all the judgments of the Supreme Court closely. He
was confident of his success but never dreamt that he would
be the topper. He feels that for improvement in judicial system
and more transparency it should be linked with technology. He
would try to decide long pending case to clear the huge back-
log.
Meenakshi Bilochi who is 31 has secured 85th rank in her
second attempt a resident of Hiran Magri Sector 6, Udaipur.
She is the first lady from Sindhi community of the town to clear
this exam. Her father Prakash Kumar Bilochi owns Jyoti Properties
in front of Udaipur Court. As he was in contact with lawyers,
he felt that his daughter should also join Judiciary Service and
due to this, she decided to make second attempt to be a judge
in spite of the fact that she had already been selected for the
post of junior legal officer in AVNL. For her success she gives
full credit to the Director, law college, advocate doctor Satyendra
Sankhla and her parents. She worked hard after clearing her
pre exam. She studied for 9 to 10 hours every day. She focused
on civil law as it was difficult.
A resident of Ghosia Colony, Khanjipeer Udaipur, Shehnaz
Khan has secured 146th position in general and first position
in OBC category. She is the first one among Muslims of Udaipur
to be selected. She devoted 12 hours every day for studies
and kept herself away from social media. She says that she
would talk one month training before getting the responsibili-
ty of a judge. One needs firm determination before taking up
any big responsibility or big cases. Her father Salim Khan is
an advocate and that inspired her. She would try to reduce the
number of pending cases. She had full support of Dr. Satyendra
Sankhla and Anand Paliwal of Law College.
Lalita Soni daughter of Shyam Sundar Soni of Fatehpur
has been successful in her second attempt. A member of Bar
Association she is the third one to be selected from Fatehpur.
She devoted 14 hour to her studies every day for her success
she gives credit to the support of her family and “Guru” Rakesh
Yadav. Udaipurites can be rightly proud of these big achiev-
ers.
