Aliens, UFO, extraterrestrials... Many names for the same thing. Entities living in the so called, outer space. Since the first sighting the society has divided into two groups – those who believe in aliens, and those who think it’s just a work of fiction. There have been many expeditions into the space, in order to prove the existence of other life forms, but none of them have proven anything yet. There will be more in the future - we can be sure of that. But is it really safe to search for possible threat to our civilization? We don't even know their true intentions. The near future, very near as some think, will provide the answers to all our questions about extraterrestrials and their intentions - those bad, and perhaps those good as well. That is if they really exist...

INTRODUCTION TASK EVALUATION CONCLUSION CREDITS

1. The students will be divided into 4 teams of about 5 people.

2. Each team will draw a topic which they will have to research on using the materials provided on the page of the topic they have drawn.

3. There will be approximately 1h of time to complete the task they have drawn.

4. After the time is up each team will choose a Head Researcher who will present the team’s findings in front of the class, and will state the group’s position on the topic.

5. Remember that each team will be evaluated (see evaluation section for more information).

6. The lesson will be concluded by a short discussion about the topic of extraterrestrials in general, in which all teams must participate.

You are the NKJO UFO Research Team. It is your responsibility to find out as much as possible about aliens, their intentions and if they really exist. Right now there are four, urgent, I might add, matters on your hands. You will have to solve mysteries about the 4 phenomena that are the strangest ones humanity has ever known: Area 51, Alien Abductions, the Bermuda Triangle and the Crop Circles. In your hands lies the fate of the human kind, and maybe even of the galaxy. Work hard and fast - time is not on your side.

Area 51 and it's contents are to this very day a mystery. What has been going on inside? Were they really the aliens that were kept there? Did the USA government keep the truth from the public and if so - why ?
