OzBACKGROUND INFORMATIONThe Land of Oz is a fantasy world that is filled with an array of creatures. These mystical creatures include munchkins, evil wicked witches, cowardly lions, and a tin man. A large and long yellow brick road runs through the Land of Oz and ultimately leads to the Wizard of Oz that can solve all troubles.

QUADRANTSThe Land of Oz is dispersed into smaller quadrants. The Munchkin Country is located at the eastern quadrant of Oz, Winkie Country is located in the western quadrant, and Emerald City is located at the far end of Oz where the Wizard resides. The yellow brick road runs through the entire Land of Oz and ultimately leads to the center of Oz and capital called “Emerald City”. Each city is filled with different citizens of Oz, some good and some bad.

CITIZENSThe citizens of Oz are an array of individuals. There are evil rulers, such as the Wicked Witch of the East and West, and kind witches such as The Good Witch of the North and South. Those under the rule of the witches differ among the different quadrants. The different creatures that make up the Land of Oz include the Munchkins, the Winkies, the Tin Man, the Cowardly Lion, and the Scarecrow. The witches have power over their quadrants and citizens. Depending on whether it is an evil or kind witch depends on how they use their powers.

WIZARDThe Wizard of Oz is considered to be the great wizard that can solve all troubles. He is said to have magical powers that can provide wishes. Emerald City is surrounded by bright green to represent the brightness and glory of the capital. The bright green of the Emerald City is from the green glass, emeralds, and gold in which the capital was built from. Emerald City was deemed to be built for the Wizard a few years after he arrived at the Land of Oz.
