هذه استمرت حيث الكويت، في الخاصة الجامعات بطولة فعاليات اختتمت البطولة تسعة أسابيع، وتعد هذه البطولة من أبرز الفعاليات الرياضية التي تقيمها البطولة كل من جامعة الكويت سنويا، ويشارك في هذه الخاصة في الجامعات األسترالية والكلية الكويت في األمريكية والجامعة والتكنولوجيا للعلوم الخليج القدم كرة على البطولة وتضمنت هذه المفتوحة، العربية والجامعة الكويت في واالسكواش والسباحة الطاولة وتنس األرضي والتنس السلة وكرة الطائرة وكرة

والتايكواندو.

وقد سجل فريق جامعة الخليج للعلوم والتكنولوجيا نتائج واضحة خالل الموسم الرياضي 2009/2008 حيث احرز فريق الشباب فى هذه البطولةالمراكز األولى

في كرة القدم والتنس الطاولة واالسكواش والسباحة.

ولقد شهد حفل ختام الموسم الرياضي على توزيع الكؤوس والميداليات على الفرق المشاركة بحضور عميد القبول والتسجيل والشؤون الطالبية فى جامعة الخليج عبدالله بشار الدولى والالعب القدومى صباح الدكتور/ والتكنولوجيا للعلوم

باالضافة الى حشد جماهيري من طلبة وطالبات الجامعات الخاصة فى الكويت.

وقد اعرب الدكتور/ صباح قدومي عن سعادته بأداء فريق جامعة الخليج للعلوم والتكنولوجيا وحصوله على كأس التفوق لبطولة الجامعات الخاصة.

وأكد الدكتور/ صباح القدومي على حرص جامعة الخليج للعلوم والتكنولوجيا على جذب الطلبة والطالبات للمشاركة في كافة األنشطة الرياضية الجامعية من خالل المتنوعة الرياضية االنشطة لممارسة ومهيأة متكاملة رياضية قاعات تجهيز وايضا حرص جامعة الخليج بشكل أساسي على المشاركة في بطوالت رياضية عالمية خارج الكويت وال سيما وأن الرياضة إحدى طرق التواصل بين شعوب العالم ألنها التقتصر على التدريب الجسمي فقط بل تشمل التهذيب الخلقي واالجتماعي وتكوين الشخصية ومثاال على ذلك مشاركة جامعة الخليج للعلوم والتكنولوجيا في بطولة التايكواندو العالمية للصداقة المفتوحة والتي أقيمت فى الواليات المتحدة

Thomas Oehler Conquers the Streets of Kuwait

The Gulf Road was the place to be on Thursday night. Austrian Thomas Oehler, World Champion in Trial Biking in 2008 displayed the toughest moves and tricks starting from Souq Sharq and ending in Al Bidaa using trucks loaded with pallets.

The jam-packed Gulf Road in Kuwait has never witnessed such an exciting and daring show. People in their cars or those passing on the streets were left in a state of surprise when they saw Thomas Oehler Jumping from one truck to another while the traffic lights were red.

Visiting Kuwait for the first time, Oehler offered people an unforgettable experience. He showed his best tricks on man-made and natural obstacles without his feet touching the ground. The Red Bull Athlete exciting tour in Kuwait continued with shows on Friday and Saturday in Hilton Mangaf, Al Kout, Divas, Hard Rock Café, Movenpick Hotel Al Bidaa and Souq Sharq.

“It’s nice to be here in Kuwait although the weather is very hot. I was happy that everybody enjoyed the shows that I have performed. We did something that was never been done in Kuwait and maybe in many other countries where I jumped from one truck to another while waiting on the traffic lights.” said Thomas Oehler.

Oehler used many of his signature tricks, hoping between the obstacles and pallets. He also jumped above a specially made obstacle that was 1.2 meters high and on a 14 pallet obstacle. In one of his shows he invited two people from the audience to be the “obstacle”. Oehler hopped around their bodies which made the scene super exciting to the audience.

Oehler, 25 years old from Salzburg has won the 2008 World Championship in Japan. He also was the 2006 European Champion and has won the Austrian Championship five times.

Trial Biking is a form of mountain biking derived from motorcycle trials. The rider negotiates man-made and natural obstacles without

their feet touching the ground. At the most basic level, trials riding

can be summed up as bicycle handling skills. It evolved from

motorcycle trial riding into an off-season bicycle pastime. It now has

a strong — though small — following, and can be seen worldwide.

Skills taken from trials riding can be used practically on any bicycle

for balance, for example controlled braking and track standing, or

balancing on the bike without putting a foot down.

American University of

Kuwait Graduation Ceremony 2009

The Graduation Ceremony of the Class of 2009 at the American University of Kuwait (AUK) took place at Kuwait International Fairgrounds (KIF) at 7 PM on Thursday, June 18, and saw 266 students graduate, under the patronage of His Excellency, former Oil Minister, Sheikh Saud Al-Nasir Al-Sabah, who was also the keynote speaker.

The ceremony commenced with the Kuwaiti national anthem and a recitation of the Holy Quran followed by a speech by Dr. Nizar Hamzeh, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences who welcomed students, their families and guests to the ceremony. President of the University, Dr. Marina Tolmacheva then stepped to the podium and spoke about the graduating class and their many achievements.

Opera Gallery Dubai launches‘New Talents from Kuwait’

The Opera Gallery Dubai is pleased to announce its upcoming summer exhibition titled, ‘New Talents from Kuwait’. This début exhibition of the students from the American University of Kuwait will be the first time these young artists showcase their talent to the general public and their first collective outside of Kuwait.

Opera Gallery is delighted to launch these young artists into the international art scene. “Opera Gallery has always had a commitment to bring new talent to the public attention, and to introduce great artists and artwork to Dubai and to the rest of the world. Now we have the exciting opportunity to do so with young regional talent, and this is something new for the Gallery,” says Bertrand Epaud, General Manager of Opera Gallery Dubai.

Volkswagen Golf named World Car of The Year

The Volkswagen Golf was publicly honoured as the 2009 World Car of the Year. A jury comprised of fifty-nine international automotive journalists from twenty-five countries around the world chose this year’s World Car of the Year, which was announced at a news conference during the New York International Auto Show.

“This award is yet another remarkable award the new Golf has received since its introduction,” said Joerg Andrischock, Acting Managing Director of Volkswagen Middle East. “It is a tremendous honour for Volkswagen to have its global best selling model, the Golf, named the 2009 World Car of the Year. We believe that this new Golf will generate significant success similar to its predecessors and we are confident that this is the best Golf ever.”

The Golf, a perennial favourite in the Volkswagen line-up, has sold more than 26 million units in 120 countries, making it one of the top selling vehicles of all-time. The new sixth generation Golf first debuted at the Paris Motor show last fall, and was launched in the Middle East at a driving experience event held in Dubai last February. The Golf has been designed to be quieter, sportier, fuel efficient and present a clean, distinctive appearance that — staying true to Volkswagen — is fun-to-drive.

The new Golf embodies Volkswagen’s product strategy aimed to sharpen the brand design in all classes and apply greater global consistency among model names. These steps are intended to leverage the offerings of the world’s third largest automaker as it looks to increase sales and market share.

The new Golf is now available at Volkswagen dealers’ showrooms across the region, in two gasoline engine variants with 75 kW / 102 hp and 118 kW / 160 hp.

لثالث سنوات على التوالي.

* كان ذلك قبل دخول صاحب السمو أمير البالد وسمو رئيس مجلس الوزراء إلى أرض الوطن.

بعد تحرير الكويت بتاريخ 26 فبراير 1990 دخلت* إلى أرض الوطن مع أول دفعة من زمالئي الوزراء ) 6 وزراء ( حيث عقد أول اجتماع لمجلس وزراء مصغر في المستشفى

األمريكي السفير برفقة انطلقت هناك وم��ن العسكري "إدوارد غنيم" في طائرة عسكرية عمودية لمشاهدة حقول آبار النفط المشتعلة من السماء – للمرة األولى- ويالها من إنها جحيم الصحراء عندها أدركت ان على مشاهدة.. حقا األقل 85% من آبارنا قد اشتعلت أو انفجرت بفعل أزالم طاقة

العراق صدام حسين.. وحينها أدركت أن أمامنا تحدي عظيم إلخماد هذه اآلبار المشتعلة.

وبعد أيام توالت تصريحات خبراء اإلطفاء بأنها كارثة وتتطلب المتفجرة. اآلبار الحرائق وإحكام إغالق للسيطرة على سنوات قيل سنتين وقيل خمس سنوات وقال احد الخبراء األمريكان في

العلمي المركز في يعرض وال��ذي "Kuwait Fires" وثائقي فيلم بالسالمية أن األمر يتطلب عشر سنوات، وكان عدد الشركات التي تم التعاقد معها إلطفاء اآلبار هي أربع شركات ثالثة منها امريكية والرابعة كندية وقد تم التعاقد أثناء قترة االحتالل وحكومة الكويت في الطائف.. وكان من أبرز هذه الشركات وأشهرها شركة "ريد أديير" األمريكية لصاحبها "ريد أديير" وهو أشهر الخبراء وهذا الخبير له

معنا قصة طريفة سنتطرق لها خالل هذه السلسلة.ومع توالي تصريحات الخبراء بأن إطفاء اآلبار يتطلب سنوات طرحت

على األخوة ال��وزراء فكرة أثناء انعقاد مجلس ال��وزراء المصغر وهي أن تعلن الكويت بأن كارثة بيئية عظمى قد ألمت بها وتطلب المساعدات الدولية بعيدا عن شركات اإلطفاء التجارية التي تتقاضى أجور يومية وفق العرف المتبع في السوق، وخاصة أن الكارثة سيكون لها تأثيرات دولية إذا إستمرت سنوات حيث صرح أحد خبراء البيئة بأن الملوثات إذا استمرت غ��رب��ا وأم��ري��ك��ا ال��ي��اب��ان ش��رق��ا ال��ى ق��د تصل الجوية بالرغم – الفكرة ولكن يزيد... أو سنوات خمسة لفترة الحرائق إلعادة مطروحة كانت كثيرة أول��وي��ات مع ضاعت – قبولها من بناء البنية التحتية للبالد و التي دمرها االحتالل وظلت الفكرة بحاجة إلى مبادرة ولم ترى النور إال بعد مبادرتي بإعالنها في مقابلة تلفزيونية بتاريخ 1991/3/15 وعلى الهواء مباشرة مع KUWAIT" اإلخبارية في برنامج خاص بعنوان CNN قناةالكويت تحترق ومدته ساعتين. وقد نقلت هذه "ON FIRE

المقابلة عبر األقمار الصناعية من حقل برقان المشتعل وقد إرتديت المالبس الميدانية لرجال اإلطفاء، وصرحت يومها بأن كارثة اآلبار عظيمة وقد تتطلب سنوات للسيطرة عليها بأن العالم دول لجميع ن��داء ووجهت الخبراء آراء حسب الكارثة ه��ذه لمواجهة دولية جهود إل��ى بحاجة الكويت

البيئية كما احتاجت إلى جهود دولية لتحريرها...ماذا كانت الردود؟ وكيف تغير المسار؟ هذا هو أحد أهم األسرار لحرائق اآلبار التي سنكشفها للقراء الكرام في

مرحلة ثالثة ال تقل أهمية وهي مرحلة إطفاء آبار النفط المشتعلة والتي أطلق Operation Desert" الصحراء" "جحيم إخماد اإلطفاء عملية عليها خبراء Hell" هذه المرحلة لم تروى وتوثق بصورة كافية لتكون عبرة لألجيال وهنا

نوثقها ونرويها..

أكبر تحدي واجهني في حياتي على اإلطالق ، إطفاء آبار النفط الكويتية المشتعلة ، بعد تحرير الكويت مباشرة ... إنها أيام ال تنسى أجمع الخبراء بأن اإلطفاء والسيطرة على اآلبار يتطلب عدة سنوات

فلما أنجزت المهمة في سبعة أشهر قيل أنها معجزة !! كيف حدث ذلك؟.. في هذه السلسلة نكشف األسرار لحرائق اآلبار في قصص

مثيرة فيها دروس وعبر وفيرة ألجيال طموحة.

> حدثينا عن بداياتك في المجال اإلعالمي

أحببت المجال اإلعالمى منذ الصغر.. فكنت أحب القراءة كثيرا.. وكثيرا ماكنت الكثير على تحتوى كانت والتي الخاصة وال��دي مكتبة فى وقتي معظم أقضي من الكتب األدبية والدواوين الشعرية.. وأول مبلغ جمعته من العيدية اشتريت به مسجال للصوت.. حيث كنت أقضى الكثير من الوقت في تسجيل صوتي، فكنت تارة أغنى وتارة ألقي الشعر وتارة أخرى أمثل وكنت أحب تقليد األصوات كثيرا.. وفي المرحلة اإلعدادية والثانوية كنت أشارك في الحفالت المدرسية السنوية في

التقديم والتمثيل وإلقاء الشعر.

> وماذا عن المرحلة الجامعية.. هل تخصصت في اإلعالم؟

في أتخصص أن أمنيتي وكانت الجامعية.. المرحلة قبل ج��دا مبكرا تزوجت الوقت.. ذل��ك ف��ي ف��ي جامعة قطر ل��إع��الم كلية لدينا يكن ل��م لكن اإلع��الم..

فتخصصت تاريخ.بعد التخرج طلبت من زوجي أن أعمل كمذيعة في التلفزيون فرفض رفضا قاطعا

وذلك بسبب العادات والتقاليد الصارمة عندنا فى دولة قطر.

> كيف تخطيتي هذه الصعوبات والمعوقات؟

عملت بعد التخرج لمدة عشر سنوات أمينة مكتبة في جامعة قطر.. ولكن طموحي الصحف.. في وأنشرها مقاالت أكتب فكنت يتوقف.. لم اإلعالمي العمل في للتدريب الجزيرة اإلعالمي إلى مركز التوجه إلى للعمل اإلعالمي دفعني وحبي والتطوير وأخذت عدة دورات تدريبية في إعداد وتقديم وإخراج البرامج اإلذاعية كما التحقت بدورات في التقديم التلفزيوني.. ولما رأى زوجي إصراري وحبي لهذا المجال وتشجيع المدربين والمسؤولين لي في المركز وافق على أن أعمل كمذيعة في الراديو فقط.. واشترط على عدم ظهور صوري في اإلعالم سواء في الصحف

والمجالت أو التلفزيون فوافقت على ذلك علني أحقق شيئا من طموحي.

> في أي إذاعة التحقت؟

الفنية( )األخبار برنامج وأق��دم فنية إذاع��ة وهي الخليج بإذاعة صوت التحقت البرنامج أنا وأستاذي القدير تيسير عبدالله منذ 3 سنوات.. وقد قمت بتطوير وأخرجناه بطريقة جميلة.. وكان لنا مجموعة من المراسلين من جميع أنحاء الوطن

العربي يشاركون معنا في البرنامج بأصواتهم وآخر األخبار الفنية لديهم.

> هل قدمتي برامج أخرى؟

شاركت في بداياتي في تقديم البرنامج الصباحي اليومي )أطياف( كما أني أشارك في تقديم البرامج المباشرة في األعياد والمناسبات.

> حدثينا عن مقاالتك وكتاباتك الشعرية..

أحب أحيانا كثيرة أن أعبر عن رأيي المتواضع بالكتابة.. فأمسك القلم وأكتب في أي موضوع يخطر ببالي أو أن يكون الموضوع حديث الساعة.. ونشرت لي عدة

مقاالت.

> ماهي نوعية المواضيع التي تكتبين فيها؟

أحب كتابة المواضيع االجتماعية بشكل كبير.. وإن شاء الله سأقوم بنشر بعض من .)uniQue( هذه المقاالت في المجلة الجميلة

> وماذا عن كتاباتك الشعرية؟

والخواطر النثر أكتب فأنا ال��ورق.. على أدونها بل مشاعر أسميها شعرا ال أنا الشعرية، مثل..

لم أعد أشتاق....لم يعد هناك ألم للفراق..كل ماكان تبعثر كاألوراق..

ضاعت أحاسيسى واألشواق..تالشت كما الغيم في اآلفاق..جف الدمع.. توقف النبض..لم يعد في أوردتي دم يراق..

ودعت حبك..تركت قلبك..آثرت بعدك..

شربت بعد سمك الترياق..

> سمعنا مؤخرا أنك متجهة للتقديم التلفزيوني في إحدى القنوات الفضائية.. عن حدثينا مرفوضة.. التلفزيون في الظهور فكرة أن قبل من ذك��رت ان��ك مع

ذلك..

كنت قطر دول��ة في تقام التي والثقافية الفنية للمهرجانات من خالل حضورى للظهور مايشجعونني كثير فكانوا والمسؤولين.. اإلعالميين من الكثير أصادف التلفزيون ألني أمتلك الشكل واألسلوب المتميز )كما يقولون( ولكن احتراما في لرغبة زوجي كنت أرفض تماما..ولكن مؤخرا جاءني عرض مغر جدا من إحدى القنوات الفضائية لتقديم برنامج اجتماعي هادف.. ولم أتردد فى نقل هذا العرض لزوجى.. والمفاجأة بالنسبة لي هي موافقة زوجي على هذا البرنامج النه برنامج

اجتماعي هادف ومهم للشعب القطري ولبلدي قطر، وشجعنى على ذلك كثيرا.

> معنى ذلك أن نظرة المجتمع للمرأة اإلعالمية بدأت تتغير..؟

المذيعة سواء في أو للمرأة اإلعالمية بالنسبة تتغير المجتمع بدأت نظرة نعم التلفزيون وذلك بسبب االنفتاح الفكري والثقافي والتطور العلمي اإلذاعة أو في ثاني آل خليفة بن حمد الشيخ األمير سمو رعاية ظل في قطر في والتعليمي وحرمه صاحبة السمو الشيخة موزة بنت ناصر المسند التي كان لها الدور الكبير فى ظهور المرأة القطرية وتشجيعها للعمل في جميع المجاالت فى الدولة، واهتمت باالعالميات القطريات الالتي ظهرن فى السبعينات وتم تكريمهن من قبل سموها.. وكذلك افتتحت كلية لإعالم في جامعة قطر وشجعت الموهوبين للدخول فيها، فلكل مجال محاسنه ومساوئه.. فالمجال اإلعالمي سواء كان صحافة أو إذاعة أو تلفزيون مهمته نقل رسالة إلى الناس فما دامت هذه الرسالة هادفة والمذيعة تظهر

بشكل الئق ومحترم سواء في كالمها أو لباسها فال يوجد مايمنع من ظهورها.

> ماهي فكرة البرنامج الذي ستقدمينه في التلفزيون؟

نحن اآلن في طور التجهيز واإلعداد للبرنامج.. وأحتفظ بفكرته سرا.. وإن شاء الله لكل حادث حديث، وانتظروني قريبا على الشاشة الفضية، وإن شاء الله أكون

عند حسن ظن الجميع.

وحيوان نبات من الحية والكائنات االنسان تهدد صحة ثم ومن الجوفية، والمياه والتربة الهواء وتكفي بضعة شهور ليتحول الحاسب اآللي الى قنبلة بيئية موقوتة خاصة أن نسبة الرصاص تصل الى معدل كيلو جرامين لكل شاشة تلفزيون و4،٠ جرام لشاشة الحاسوب.. في هذا االطار يشير د. عبد السميع حسيب تركي الخبير في الشؤون البيئية الى تقرير قدمة /13٠٠/ باحث عملوا تحت اشراف األمم المتحدة حذروا من األثر المدمر لمخلفات األجهزة االلكترونية التي تضم مواد سامة كالزئبق والرصاص تترسب في التربة لفترات طويلة وتحيلها الى أراض غير صالحة للزراعة، ولم يكتف هؤالء الباحثون بذلك بل دعوا الى بذل جهود مكثفة للحيلولة دون اختفاء التنوع البيئي على

وجه الكوكب.

الحلول والصعوبات

يقول د. عبد السميع كردي ان اعادة تدوير هذه المخلفات ضعيفة جدا وتمثل 1% فقط من أجهزة الحاسب اآللي التي انتهى عمرها االفتراضي، وتعاني مراكز معالجة خامات األجهزة من نقص في االمدادات ألن الخامات متعددة وغير معروفة وتواجه مراكز اعادة التدوير المشكالت نفسها التي

تواجهها مع البطاريات التي يجب فرزها وجمعها وحدها.

كما يمثل البالستيك والزجاج والكاربون الصلب التي تضم المخلفات االلكترونية جزءا كبيرا منها، وهي مواد يصعب اعادة تدويرها وغالبا ماتعمل نسوة وأطفال في معامل تحطيم األجهزة القديمة قبل رميها وهذا مايعرضهم للمخاطر من مواد سامة، إلى جانب مخاطر الغازات مثل الكلورين التي

تنبعث من تلك األجهزة أثناء عملية تدويرها يدويا.

الجمع واعادة لتنمية عمليات اتفاقية والموزعين المصانع المشكلة وقع عدد من أصحاب ولحل هذه الستثمار فعال بتخطيط قاموا حيث االفتراضي عمرها انتهى التي االلكترونيات تدوير المخلفات الكهربائية وااللكترونية من فرز وجمع ومعالجة وتدوير واستعادة المخلفات دون احداث أي تلوث وحتى عام ٢٠٠7 سيكون على كل دولة عضو في هذه االتفاقية أن تقدم على فرز 4 كيلو جرامات سنويا في هذه المخلفات عن كل مواطن والحد من استخدام الخامات الخطرة التي تدخل

في صناعة األجهزة وتعود الى الحلول المقترحة التي يقدمها الخبراء.

ولكن ماذا يقول الدكتور الكردي برأيه أن استبدال الخامات الممنوعة بمواد تحترم البيئة هو الحل األنسب ومن مصلحة المنتجين وأصحاب المصانع الكبيرة، واالهتمام بأولى خطوات تصنيع الجهاز

وتزويده بوحدات تدوير ويدعوهم الى تبني برامج تصنيع صديقة للبيئة.

ف��ي خ��ط��وة ج��دي��دة نحو استخدام ح��ل��م ت��ح��ق��ي��ق كطاقة ال��ه��ي��دروج��ي��ن شركة أعلنت متجددة عن دبليو” إم “بي برنامجها؛ اس��ت��ك��م��ال لتصنيع سيارات تستخدم الهيدروجين كوقود بدال من البنزين، وذلك في تقرير لمجلة أن وي��ت��وق��ع األل��م��ان��ي��ة، درشبيجل يتم طرح تلك السيارة في األسواق في العام القادم، حيث انتهت الشركة بالفعل من إنتاج وإجراء التجارب على خمس عشرة سيارة، وهي من الفئة التي يصل سعة محركها إلى سبعة لترات، ويفيد التقرير أن سعر تلك السيارة لن يزيد عن سعر

مثيلتها التي تدار بالبنزين.

بروتون من يتكون حيث اإلنسان، عرفه عنصر أبسط هو والهيدروجين واحد وإلكترون واحد، ويمثل أكثر من ٩٠% من مكونات الكون و3٠% من كتلة الشمس، وهو ثالث أكثر العناصر توافرا على سطح األرض، الهيدروجين غاز ليس له لون أو طعم أو رائحة، وهو غير سام، يتكون من جزيء ثنائي الذرة H٢ وال يوجد منفردا بل مرتبطا دائما مع عنصر آخر، فهو يرتبط باألكسجين مكونا الماء H٢O، ويرتبط مع الكربون مكونا مركبات مختلفة

مثل الميثان CH4 والبترول.

إلى الماء فصل مكونات أنيقة ونظيفة، فعند الهيدروجين جزء من دورة هيدروجين وأكسجين باستخدام الفصل الحراري أو التحليل الكهربي أو الطاقة مركز في العلماء نجح ما وه��ذا - الشمسية الطاقة باستخدام المتجددة في الواليات المتحدة من عملة، حيث ابتكروا جهازا واحدا يقوم الوقت الماء وتحويله إلى طاقة كهربية في نفس الهيدروجين من بفصل باستخدام أكثر من 1٢.5% من الشعاع الشمسي )األجهزة القديمة كانت تحول من 4% إلى 6% فقط(، ولكن يقف أمامهم عائق التكلفة، فالجهاز ما زال غير اقتصادي التكلفة - يستخدم الهيدروجين الناتج لشحن خلية وقود - وهو ما يطلق على البطارية الهيدروجينية - وعند استخدامها يرتبط الهيدروجين بأكسجين الجو فينتج طاقة كهربية وماء، وهو بذلك ال ينتج

أي ملوثات بيئية أو غازات سامة.

استخدام الهيدروجين كوقود - وخصوصا للسيارات - هو المتاح اآلن إما في صورة هيدروجين نقي وبالتالي ال ينتج أي نسب تلوث أو مضافا للبنزين

أو الديزل، وبالتالي يخفض نسبة االنبعاثات الملوثة من 3٠% إلى %4٠.

والهيدروجين أيضا يمكن أن يكون وقودا مثاليا للطائرات، فهو ينتج كمية أكبر من الطاقة، وبالتالي ستحتاج الطائرات إلى كمية أقل من الوقود، كما أنه أخف من الوقود الحالي، وبالتالي ستستطيع الطائرة زيادة حمولتها.

وعن إنتاج الهيدروجين طبيعيا اكتشف العلماء بعض األنواع من الطحالب األبحاث وتجري طبيعي، كناتج الهيدروجين بإنتاج تقوم التي والبكتيريا

حاليا حول حث تلك الطحالب على إنتاج كميات أكبر من الهيدروجين.

معظم الطاقة التي يستخدمها العالم اليوم تأتي من الوقود الحفري فقط يحاول اآلن العالم أن غير المتجددة، الطاقة يأتي من مصادر منها %7أنها كما البيئة، تلوث نظيفة ال المتجددة فهي الطاقات استخدام زيادة تواجه الرياح الشمسية وطاقة كالطاقة الطاقات لكن مثل هذه تنفد، ال طويلة، لفترات التخزين على القدرة وعدم الدائم التواجد عدم مشكلة وهنا يأتي الهيدروجين؛ ليحل تلك المشكلة، فيمكننا أن نخزن تلك الطاقة إلى متى نريد وحيث نريد، فهل يمكن أن نستغني في المستقبل عن الوقود الحفري ؟ وهل سنستخدم الهيدروجين كبديل للكهرباء ؟ أسئلة سيجيب

عنها المستقبل.

Water is Life

How can water affect us internally? And in a positive way?

Our body consists mainly of fluids/water, roughly 70%; by men-

tioning this fact you will already know the answer of the previous

question. Logically if our body fluids decrease (dehydrated), it will

affect our body and disrupt its function according to the amount

and location of the lost fluids; Muscles, soft tissues, organs.. etc.

What if the dehydrated part is injured? (old or new injury)

Hydrating the affected part will help the physical therapy program

in attaining its goals more efficiently and easily; for an example

when a patient has a low back pain due to an inter-vertebral disc

bulge, he/she can maintain that disc’s volume when drinking the

recommended daily amount of water (from 2-3 liters) in which it

will affect the physical therapy program in a positive way.

How about the external use of water? How can it help? (Beside

the personal hygiene)

In the physical therapy programs, water can be used as type of

treatment; which is called Hydrotherapy. This kind of therapy can

be divided into two types: Segmental and underwater exercises.

The segmental part is treating only one part of the body (most prob-

ably the affected one), but the underwater exercises is by treating

the whole body underwater (in a pool). Therapy jets are used in

both types of the hydrotherapy treatments. The effects of hydro-

therapy are:

• Increase muscle length

• Decrease muscle spasms

• Decrease joint stiffness

• Decrease body/segment weight à able to move the affected joint

more easily

• Improve muscle tone

• Improve chronic joint pain and aches

• Improve local/general blood circulation of the affected part

This is a summary of the uses and effects of water (internally and

externally). All those effects are essential for any physical therapy

programs and injuries, but of course you need to consult a physi-

cal therapist to teach you how to use the hydrotherapy if you have

an injury.

فيما يلى أهم اإلرشادات عن التربة الجيدة لنبات الظل واإلناء المناسب واحتياجات النبات من ضوء وري و درجة حرارة و رطوبة و تغذية بالسماد.

أنواع التربة التى تصلح لنباتات الظل في المنزل

من أهم الشروط التي يجب مراعاتها لكي ينمو نبات الظل بصورة جيدة استخدام تربة ذات مواصفات معينة فالتربة المأخوذة من الحدائق والحقول ال تصلح لزراعة نبات الظل داخل المنازل فقد تحتوي على اآلفات والجراثيم التي تتكاثر في ظروف الدفء الموجودة داخل المنازل واالحتفاظ بهذه التربة داخل الظل داخل المنازل يحتاج إلى تربة ذات خواص معينة وفيما يلي ثالثة أنواع من التربة الخاصة لنبات

الظل.

تربة الكومبوست

تؤخذ ثم تتعفن حتى األرض في تدفن جافة أشجار وأوراق حشائش أساسها الجير وسماد مكون من بسيطة من وبنسبة والرمل الطمى بمقادير من وتخلط أو المشاتل من الكومبوست تربة ش��راء ويمكن وبوتاسيوم وفوسفات نيتروجين

محالت بيع حبوب وسماد نبات الظل وهذه التربة أصلح لزراعة الحدائق.

تربة البيت موس

بيع المشاتل ومحال تباع فى تربة صناعية مستوردة البيت موس وهذه أساسها لوازم نباتات الظل وتعتبر تربة البيت موس هى أنسب أنواع التربة لنباتات الظل الغذاء عملية وتسهل وأنظف أخ��ف أنها حيث الكومبوست تفوق مميزات فلها بالنسبة للنبات وتعتبر البيت موس أفضل تربة لعملشتالت جديدة وعندما تنقل هذه الشتالت إلى أواني أكبر فان التربة التي أساسها البيت موس تعمل على نمو

النبات في أحسن صورة حيث أن النبات ال يحب تغيير نوعية التربة.

تربة مخلطة

وهذا نوع ثالث من التربة يمكن تحضيرها من مقادير متساوية لكل من:

1. مقدار من طمي االراضي الزراعية.

٢. مقدار من البيت موس.

3. مقدار مكون من رمل + سباخ + سماد الفوسفات والبوتاسيوم.

من والرمل الطمي خلو من التأكد التربة ه��ذه تحضير عند يراعى ملحوظة: الحشرات والديدان.

أنواع أواني نباتات الظل

فمنها المنازل فى الظل نبات بزراعة الخاصة األوان��ي من متعددة أن��واع هناك الفخار والبالستيك ومنها الفيبر جالس أو أحواض من الرخام مثال ولكن في كل الحاالت يجب مراعاة أن يكون اإلناء به صرف جيد للماء كأن يكون به ثقب أو عدة ثقوب صغيرة في القاع أما إذا رغب فى استعمال أوانى من النحاس أو الفضية أو الصيني أو خالفه مما يتطلبه المنظر الجمالى للديكور فيجب زرع النبات فى إناء

فخار أو بالستيك به صرف جيد ثم يوضع داخل اإلناء المرغوب.

وهناك طريقة أخرى الستعمال األواني النحاسية وأحواض الرخام التي ليس بها صرف من القاع بأن يوضع طبقة من الزلط ثم طبقة من الفحم فى القاع لتساعد على الترشيح وصرف الزائد من الماء قبل وضع التربة ولكن في هذه الحالة البد من الري بحرص شديد جدا حتى ال يزيد الماء عن الحاجة فيسبب عفونة أو يقل

فيتسبب فى عطش النبات وموته.

ويراعى عند الزراعة في أواني فخارية أنه عند نقل النبات إلى إناء أكبر أن يكون من نفس النوع أي استعمال إناء أكبر من الفخار وكذلك الحال بالنسبة للبالستيك.

أما إذا رغب فى تغير نوع اإلناء فالبد من مالحظة تغيير طريقة الري.

اإلضاءة المناسبة لنبات الظل

تحتاج النباتات ذات األوراق الخضراء عادة إلى إضاءة ساطعة لكن بدون تعرضها أشعة من بعض إلى ع��ادة فيحتاج المزهر النبات أما المباشرة الشمس ألشعة الشمس المباشرة أما الصبار فهو النبات الذى يحتاج إلى ضوء قوي وأكثر من النبات فيها يعيش ما فنادرا اإلض��اءة وقليلة المظلمة األماكن أما األن��واع باقي

الورقى أما النبات الزهرى فال يعيش فيها إطالقا.

وأوراقها نحو الداخل تميل غصونها النوافذ من إلى جوار الموضوعة والنباتات زجاج النافذة حيث اإلض��اءة والنور ولتفادي ذلك يجب لف اإلناء من وقت آلخر حتى ال تبدو الغصون معوجة مع مالحظة أال يلف اإلناء إذا كان به نبات مزهر في

مرحلة النمو.

يجب وضع النباتات بجوار النوافذ في فصل الشتاء فذلك يطول فترة نفاذ الضوء على النبات مع مراعاة أال تسرب النوافذ تيارات هواء في اتجاه النبات.

النبات النبات من مكان مضيء إلى مكان أقل إضاءة سيعيش إذا استبدل مكان الظهيرة يجب حجبها عن ضوء شمس المنزلية النباتات ومعظم ينمو. لن لكنه

المباشرة.

الضوء الصناعي

يعرف ما وهو الصناعية اإلض��اءة استعمال يمكن مظلما النبات مكان كان إذا باالسبوت اليت Spot-lights مع استعمال اللمبات النيون فهي أفضل حيث أن

اللمبات العادية قد تحرق أوراق النبات.

ري نباتات الظل

الجذور تحتاج إلى كل من المياه والهواء لذلك يجب أن تكون التربة هشة وبها ندى ولكن غير غارقة بالمياه مع مراعاة أن يكون الري غما فى الصباح الباكر أو بعد الغروب و ال يجب الري مطلقا أثناء الظهيرة.. بعض النباتات تحتاج إلى تربة جافة بين الريات والبعض يحتاج إلى أن تكون التربة رطبة دائما ولكن جميع النباتات

تحتاج إلى فترة راحة خالل فصل الشتاء أي أن يكون الري على فترات متباعدة.

بالنسبة للصبار يجب االحتفاظ بالتربة تقريبا جافة فى الشتاء.

الري فيجب رطبة إلى جافة من تربة إلى فتحتاج الورقية النباتات معظم أما باستمرار من الربيع إلى الخريف أما في الشتاء فتترك التربة إلى أن تجف قبل ال��ري.. إذن جفاف سطح التربة مهم جدا بين أكتوبر وم��ارس وتعتبر فترة راحة

بالنسبة لنمو النبات.

أما معظم النباتات الزهرية فتحتاج إلى تربة رطبة طوال الوقت ولكن تكون غير مبللة ألن كثرة المياه تصيب الجذور بالعفن.

السماد الذي يغذي نبات الظل

تحتوى عادة التربة الخاصة بنبات الظل المنزلي على كمية من السماد الموجود أساسا في التربة وفي خالل الشهور األولى من الزراعة يمتص النبات هذا السماد لذلك يجب إضافة كمية من السماد مرة كل أسبوع إلى مياه الري خاصة وأن كمية الري تزداد في الربيع وحتى الخريف وهي فترة نمو النبات وازده��اره كما يجب

وقف التغذية بالسماد شتاء.

كيفية العناية بنباتات الظل

هناك احتياجات أساسية لنجاح نمو نباتات الظل يجب معرفتها و تذكرها فالتربة الجيدة و اإلناء المناسب والري السليم والضوء الكافي والهواء النقي ودرجة الحرارة ونسبة الرطوبة كلها عوامل هامة يجب مراعاتها على أن يعامل كل نبات حسب متطلباته ... فالزيادة فى مياه الري مثال أو أشعة الشمس المباشرة والزيادة فى السماد كلها قد تؤدي إلى اإلضرار بالنبات. كما يجب التذكر دائما أن هناك فترة راحة للنبات تكون فى الشتاء حيث ال يحتاج النبات إال لقليل من المياه والسماد وهناك فترة يجب زيادة العناية بالنبات فيها وهي فصول النمو أي في الربيع والصيف والخريف فيجب يوميا أن تجس التربة ويجب مراقبة األوراق لمالحظة المريض فيها ومعالجته فشكل األوراق يدل

على ما إذا كان النبات فى حالة صحية جيدة أو أن به شوائب قد يكون السبب عدم الري الكافي أو زيادة فى الري أو الضوء غير المناسب أو رطوبة غير كافية.

الفرق بين الزيتون األخضر واألسود

وفوائد زيت الزيتون

يعتقد البعض أن هناك أشجارا تنتج زيتونا أسود وأشجارا تنتج زيتونا أخضر ولكن هذه المعلومة خاطئة !!! إذ أن كل ألوان الزيتون يمكن أن تكون حصيلة شجرة واحدة

مع اختالف األنواع فقط بين أشجار الزيتون.

فكل الزيتون يبدأ باللون األخضر ثم يتحول إلى البني فالبني المحمر ثم األسود وهو أقصى درجات النضوج ويتميز الزيتون األخضر أنه يحتوي على سعرات حرارية أقل )1٢٠ سعرة حرارية في كل 1٠٠ غرام مقابل ٢3٠ سعرة حرارية في حالة األسود(، من أق��ل م��ق��دارا احتوى كلما لونا أغمق وبالتالي نضوجا أكثر الزيتون ك��ان فكلما طبعا الناضج األس��ود ؟؟؟ أفضل أيهما ولكن به الزيت تركيز بالتالي وازداد الماء الزيتون يعلم فوائد زيت أكثر فكلنا أكثر، وبالتالي فهو صحي ألنه يحتوي على زيت

الغنية عن التعريف، حيث أنه من أهم الوسائل لمحاربة الكوليسترول.

وفي كال اللونين فالزيتون يعتبر مصدرا جيدا لفيتامين ه� )E( وفيتامين ج )C( كما يحتوي الزيتون على مادة الكاروتين الضرورية لصحة الشعر واألظافر والبشرة كذلك والكالسيوم والبوتاسيوم كالمغنسيوم المعدنية األم��الح من بالعديد الزيتون يزخر

والفسفور وربما يكشف لنا العلم في المستقبل المزيد من فوائد الزيتون وأهميته.

فوائد زيت الزيتون

ويقدم عبداللطيف عاشور في كتابه “األعشاب طبيبك الطبيعي” الكثير من الوصفات العالجية باستخدام الزيتون وزيته.. نذكر منها: إلزالة تجاعيد الوجه والرقبة نستخدم مزيجا من نصف ملعقة من الزيت وصفار بيضة وبضع نقاط من عصير الليمون .. ويستعمل الخليط على شكل قناع في المناطق المراد عالجها ويزال القناع بعد ثلث ساعة بماء فاتر.. ويستعمل زيت الزيتون لدهان الجسم حفاظا عليه من التأثر الناجم عن التعرض ألشعة الشمس.. ويفيد زيت الزيتون مفردا كدهان في عالج الخراريج والدمامل وتشقق األيدي. ويستخدم الزيت كذلك لوقف تساقط الشعر وذلك بأن تدلك به فروة الرأس كل مساء ولمدة عشرة أيام، ولعالج تشقق األرجل يستخدم دهان مركب

من الزيت والجلسرين بكميات متساوية.

تعريف تلوث الهواء

هو وجود أي مواد صلبة أو سائلة أو غازية بالهواء بكميات تؤدي إلى أضرار فسيولوجية واقتصادية وحيوية باالنسان والحيوان والنباتات واالالت والمعدات، أو تؤثر في طبيعة االشياء وتقدر خسارة العالم سنويا بحوالي 5٠٠٠ مليون دوالر، بسبب تأثير الهواء، على

المحاصيل والنباتات الزراعية.

ويعتبر تلوث الهواء من أسوأ الملوثات بالجو، وكلما ازداد عدد السكان في المنطقة الملوثة.

غريبة مواد بدخول التلوث من الهواء يسلم لم العصور وتعاقب التاريخ مدار وعلى عليه كالغازات واالبخرة التي كانت تتصاعد من فوهات البراكين، أو تنتج من احتراق لم يكن أن ذلك اال المسببة لألمراض، الدقيقة الحية والكائنات الغابات، وكاالتربة بالكم الذي ال تحمد عقباه، بل كان في وسع االنسان أن يتفاداه أو حتى يتحمله، لكن المشكلة قد برزت مع التصنيع وانتشار الثورة الصناعية في العالم، ثم مع هذه الزيادة الرهيبة في عدد السكان، وازدياد عدد وسائل المواصالت وتطورها، واعتمادها على البترول كوقود، ولعل السيارات هي أسوأ أسباب تلوث الناتجة من تقطير المركبات الهواء بالرغم من كونها ضرورة من ضروريات الحياة الحديثة، فهي تنفث كميات كبيرة من الغازات التي تلوث الجو، كغاز أول أكسيد الكربون السام ، وثاني أكسيد الكبريت

واألوزون.

طرق تلوث الهواء

أوال - بمواد صلبة معلقة: كالدخان، وعوادم السارات، واألتربة، وحبوب اللقاح، وغبار القطن، وأتربة االسمنت، وأتربة المبيدات الحشرية.

ثانيا - بمواد غازية أو أبخرة سامة وخانقة مثل الكلور، أول أكسيد الكربون، أكسيد النتروجين، ثاني أكسيد الكبريت، األوزون.

الميتة والحيوانات النباتات تحلل من الناتج والعفن والجراثيم بالبكتيريا - ثالثا والنفايات االدمية.

رابعا - باإلشعاعات الذرية الطبيعية والصناعية: ظهر هذا التلوث مع بداية استخدام والصناعي، العسكري المجالين في وخاصة ، المختلفة الحياة مجاالت في ال��ذرة في الشهيرة الفقاعة بسبب التي حدثت الهائلة الضجة نذكر زلنا ما جميعا ولعلنا حادث وما االمريكية، المتحدة بالواليات )بنسلفانيا( بوالية الذرية المفاعالت أحد الثانية العالمية الحرب إبان )ناجازاكي وهيروشيما( الذريتين على القنبلتين انفجار ببعيد، فما تزال أثار التلوث قائمة إلى اليوم، ومازالت صورة المشوهين والمصابين عالقة باألذهان، وكائنة باالبدان، وقد ظهرت بعد ذلك أنواع وأنواع من الملوثات فمثال عنصر االسترنشيوم ٩٠ الذي ينتج عن االنفجارات النووية يتواجد في كل مكان تقريبا، يتساقط على األشجار النووية، وهو التجارب إج��راء االزدي��اد في وتتزايد كميته مع والمراعي، فينتقل إلى األغنام والماشية ومنها إلى االنسان وهو يؤثر في إنتاجية اللبن من األبقار والمواشي، ويتلف العظام، ويسبب العديد من األمراض وخطورة التفجيرات النووية تكمن في الغبار الذري الذي ينبعث من مواقع التفجير الذري حيث يتساقط

بفعل الجاذبية األرضية ، أو بواسطة األمطار فيلوث كل شئ ، ويتلف كل شئ.

وفي ضوء ذلك يمكن أن نقرر أو أن نفسر العذاب الذي قد حل بقوم سيدنا لوط عليه السالم بأنه، كان مطرا ملوثا بمواد مشعة، وليس ذلك ببعيد فاألرض تحتوي على بعض

الصخور المشعة مثل البتشبلند وهذه الصخور تتواجد منذ االف السنين.

تتجلى عظمة الله ولطفه بعباده في هذا التصميم الرائع للكون، وهذا التوازن الموجود فيه، لكن اإلنسان بتدخله األحمق يفسد من هذا التوازن، في المجال الذي يعيش فيه، وكأن هذا ما كانت تراه المالئكة حينما خلق الله آدم – قال تعالى: }هو الذي خلق لكم مافي األرض جميعا ثم استوى إلى السماء فسواهن سبع سماوات وهو بكل شئ عليم > وإذ قال ربك للمالئكة إني جاعل في األرض خليفة قالوا أتجعل فيها من يفسد فيها ويسفك الدماء ونحن نسبح بحمدك ونقدس لك قال إني أعلم ما التعلمون{ )سورة

البقرة االيتان ٢٩، 3٠(.

وجد أن للتلوث آثارا ضارة على النباتات والحيونات واالنسان والتربة، وسوف نناقش هذا األثر الناتج عن تلوث الهواء..

صحيا : تؤدي زيادة الغازات السامة إلى اإلصابة بأمراض الجهاز التنفسي والعيون، كما أن زيادة تركيز بعض المركبات الكيمائية كأبخرة األمينات العضوية يسبب بعض أنواع السرطان، والبعض الغازات مثل أكاسيد غاز النتروجين آثار ضارة على الجهاز يسبب لم إن تتوارثها خلقية تشوهات يحدث ال��ذري اإلشعاع ف��إن كذلك العصبي،

ماديا : يؤدي إلى اآلتي:

أما الحشرات الطائرة فإنها ال تستطيع العيش في هواء المدن الملوث، ولعلك تتصور أيضا ما هو المصير المحتوم للطيور التي تعتمد في غذائها على هذه الحشرات، وعلى سبيل المثال انقرض نوع من الطيور كان يعيش في سماء مدينة لندن منذ حوالي ٨٠

عاما، ألن تلوث الهواء قد قضى على الحشرات الطائرة التي كان يتغذى عليها.

على النباتات : تختنق النباتات في الهواء غير النقي وسرعان ما تموت، كما أن تلوث الهواء بالتراب، والضباب والدخان والهباب يؤدي إلى اختزال كمية أشعة الشمس التي تصل إلى األرض، ويؤثر ذلك على نمو النباتات وعلى نضج المحاصيل، كما يقلل عملية البرتقال كا الفاكهة أن��واع بعض زه��ور وتساقط كفاءتها، من حيث الضوئي التمثيل ومعظم األشجار دائمة الخضرة، وتساقط األوراق والشجيرات نتيجة لسوء استخدام الحدائق محاصيل بالتلوث تتأثر التي للنباتات وكمثال الغازية، الحشرية المبيدات وزهور الزينة، والبرسيم الحجازي، والحبوب، والتبغ، والخس، واشجار الزينة، كالسرو،

والجازورينا، والزيزفون.

الحدوث لو انصهرت جبال الجليد الجليدية في المتجمدين الشمالي والجنوبي.

تلوث الهواء

الهواء هو كل المخلوط الغازي الذي يمأل جو األرض بما في ذلك بخار الماء، ويتكون أساسا من غازي النتروجين نسبته 78،084% واألكسجينن 20،946% ويوجد إلى جانب ذلك غاز ثاني أكسيد الكربون نسبته 0،033% وبخار الماء وبعض الغازات الخاملة وتأتي أهمية األكسجين من دورة العظيم في تنفس الكائنات الحية التي ال يمكن أن تعيش بدونه وهو يدخل في تكوين الخاليا الحية بنسبة تعادل ربع مجموع الذرات الداخلة

في تركيبها.

ولكي يتم التوازن في البيئة وال يستمر تناقص األكسجين شاءت حكمة الله سبحانه أن تقوم النباتات بتعويض هذا الفاقد من خالل عملية البناء الضوئي، حيث يتفاعل النبات يمتصها التي الضوئية الطاقة وجود في الكربون أكسيد ثاني غاز مع الماء بواسطة مادة الكلوروفيل الخضراء ولذلك كانت حكمة الله ذات اثر عظيم رائع فلوال النباتات لما استطعنا أن نعيش بعد أن ينفد األكسيجين في عمليات التنفس واحتراق ، وال تواجد أي كائن حي في البر أو في البحر ، إذا أن النباتات المائية أيضا تقوم بعملية البناء الضوئي ، وتمد المياه باألكسجين الذي يذوب فيها والالزم لتنفس كل

الكائنات البحرية.

البيئي.

مع التطورات المذهلة والقفزات السريعة في مجال الهندسة الوراثية يجب أن نطلق العنان لخيالنا لتصور ما سيكون عليه مستقبل أطفالنا، بل ومستقبلنا القريب، إال أن

هذا ليس خياال؛ ففي المستقبل القريب سنزرع البالستيك.

بالطبع ليس بهذا المعنى الحرفي، لكنه سيكون ناتجا ثانويا لزراعة بعض المحاصيل Purdue ”مثل الذرة وفول الصويا، فقد استطاع فريق من الباحثين من جامعة “برديوUniversity استنساخ جين من إحدى النباتات المعملية المعروفة، والتي يطلق عليها حفظ على النبات حث إنزيم مسئول عن بإنتاج الجين يقوم هذا ،Arabadopsisوتخزين بعض المركبات التي يمكن استخدامها كمواد أولية إلنتاج البالستيك، وبإضافة هذا الجين لجينات بعض المحاصيل ستستطيع النباتات إنتاج وتخزين تلك المركبات

دون أن يؤثر هذا على صحة النبات.

من المعروف أن البترول هو أساس صناعة كل أنواع البالستيك تقريبا، غير أن النباتات ذات أن��واع جديدة على صناعة القدرة لديها الجين سيكون هذا لها التي سيضاف خصائص أكثر تميزا من حيث الشدة أو المرونة، وليس فقط على إنتاج مواد أولية يمكن استخدامها في صناعة أنواع البالستيك الموجودة نفسها حاليا والمصنعة من

البترول.

والبالستيك الذي نستخدمه حاليا ينتج عن طريق عمل سالسل من مركبات مشتقة من البترول )ويطلق على تلك السالسل بوليمارات polymers، كما يطلق على الجزيئات المفردة المكونة لتلك السالسل مونومارات monomers(، وحتى اآلن كان يعوق إنتاج العلماء ألنواع متعددة من البالستيك وجود عدد محدود من المركبات التي يمكن عملها حيث المشكلة؛ تلك النباتات ستحل أن إال البترول، في الموجودة المونومارات من التي يمكن استخدامها المختلفة المركبات إنتاج كمية هائلة من العلماء من ستمكن أنواع تتوافر في لم البالستيك تحمل خصائص أنواع عديدة ومتطورة من إنتاج في

البالستيك الحالي.

والنباتات مصانع كيميائية مذهلة تنتج عددا مهوال من المواد الكيميائية، كما أن النبات لديه نظام إلنتاج وتخزين كميات كبيرة من المركبات، والتي يستخدمها في حمايته من

تلك بإنتاج ويقوم الشمس، البنفسجية في ضوء فوق واألشعة واألم��راض الحشرات المركبات عن طريق اتحاد بعض الجزيئات إلنتاج أشكال ثابتة وقابلة للذوبان من هذه vacuoles المركبات، ويقوم بتخزينها في مكونات صغيرة داخل الخلية يطلق عليهاالتي البيوكيميائية العمليات عن المنتجة المركبات بفصل vacuoles ال� تلك تقوم

تحدث داخل النبات.

المتجددة فإنه ما زال مصدر أقل تكلفة لمونومارات البالستيك .

ومن جهة أخرى يحاول فريق البحث نفسه حث أنواع من الميكروبات المهندسة جينيا E.“ كوالي” “إي تسمى بكتريا استخدام حاليا يحاولون حيث المونومارات؛ إلنتاج coli” إلنتاج مونومارات لنوع من البالستيك يستخدم في خيوط السجاجيد، باإلضافة النباتات تعتبر أنسب إلنتاج مونومارات البالستيك من الستخداماته األخرى، إال أن

الناحية االقتصادية.

البالستيك من المتطورة األن��واع تلك إنتاج بداية مع القريب المستقبل في وينتظر بخصائصه المتميزة أن يفتح مجاالت جديدة الستخدامات البالستيك لم تكن مطروقة من قبل، كما قد نجد أنواع البالستيك المناسبة لصناعة بعض األشياء التي لم يكن يناسبها أنواع البالستيك الحالية، مثل صناعة قلوب وصمامات صناعية. وعلى كل حال

LA Lakers are the Champions

After catching the title scent early in the second quarter of Sunday’s Game 5 of the NBA Finals with a 16-0 run, the

Lakers sprinted away with the franchise’s 15th championship with an all-encompassing display of basketball.

Each and every player that stepped foot onto the Amway Arena floor wearing purple and gold offered something productive: Kobe Bryant nailed shots near and far from the basket; Pau Gasol swatted shots and defended Dwight Howard impressively; Lamar Odom sank corner threes and attacked the glass; Trevor Ariza swiped the ball and like Odom, buried triples; Derek Fisher made savvy plays and controlled the tempo; Andrew Bynum stood tall in the lane … And so on, and so forth.

No stat line was more impressive than that of Bryant, who put up 30 points, five assists, six boards and four blocks. But the net result of the total team effort was effectively what L.A. showed all year: They were too long, too strong, too deep and too skilled.

They won 65 regular season games, and got better as the playoffs rolled on, eliminating a tough Denver Nuggets squad with six straight dominant quarters and rolling the Magic in five games, winning their final two of 16 playoff contests on the road.

Their coach, Phil Jackson, who won an almost unbelievable 10th NBA Championship to pass the late Red Auerbach, talked not about himself but about his players after the dust settled.

In their final contest, the Lakers first survived the inevitable first quarter back-against-the-wall charge that saw Orlando take a 15-6 lead with force, cutting the lead to just two as the quarter ended, and going off on a 23-10 run to close the first half up 56-46.

It was academic from there, the Lakers refusing to allow anything on defense in tacking five points onto the lead after the third quarter, up 76-61 heading into the final quarter en route to a championship.

If a dagger were even needed at that point, Bryant pulled up from three as if a defender (JJ Redick) weren’t right in his face, countering a Jameer Nelson three that had provided Amway Arena’s last grasp at survival. The Magic tried to mount a last gasp effort by hitting six threes in the fourth quarter, but never got closer than 11 points.

Most Valuable Player

Who but Kobe Bryant could have been the first recipient of the newly-named Bill Russell NBA Finals Most Valuable Player Award after the Lakers handily defeated the Orlando Magic 99-86 to cap a 4-1 series victory?

While his numbers told the story just fine - Bryant averaged team-high 32.4 points and 7.4 assists, plus 5.6 rebounds, 1.4 steals and 1.4 blocks on 45.7 percent shooting in five games - it was No. 24’s ability to lead his team both physically and mentally that stood out most impressively.

The title was the fourth of Bryant’s career, but he had yet to earn Finals MVP accolades, which went to Shaquille O’Neal in L.A.’s 2000-2002 three-peat. That Bryant was the clear lead dog in the 2009 race, and that his teammates so heartily bought into his mission put the accomplishment at the “top of the list,” in his words.

Most women with curly or wavy hair have at some point coveted straight hair. If you are one of them and wish

to try this, you should know that there are several great options these days and none of them involves a clothes iron.

New methods, using state of the art technology, are safer and less harmful to your hair. You can opt for the chemical process to permanently straighten your hair and achieve a smooth, shiny, straight mane for anywhere from six to nine months. Or you can temporarily sport a straight hairstyle for special occasions. You may want to try this before you commit to a permanent change. If you have the time and patience you can just use a good hair dryer and styling brush to blow dry your hair straight or you can try a straightening irons. There are several different types of straighteners available, from the older, most commonly used chrome-plated metal irons to gold-plated ones and of course the newest technology, ceramic. If you are short on cash try the regular metal or the gold-plated ones; gold is easier on your hair. If you can afford to splurge, purchase a ceramic straightening iron and your hair will thank you. The ceramic heats up more evenly and is gentler to your hair by helping preserve the natural moisture. It also results in shinier, smoother, healthier looking hair as it tends to glide through better. Ceramic is known to eliminate frizz and minimize static.

Things to look for in a straightening iron

- Does it have adjustable and several heat settings? You will have to experiment with it to find your ideal temperature. Although a high heat setting will get hair straighter quicker, try to follow the general rule of using lower settings for fine hair and higher setting for thick or coarse hair

- Look for solid ceramic plates instead of a ceramic coating as the former will last much longer.

- How heavy is it? A lightweight one will be easier on your arms and make you task much more bearable.

- Does it have a swivel power cord? This feature can make your task go much quicker.

- There are now several cordless models on the market. If you are going to use it for quick touch ups or for travel; this option is great.

- Look for a straightening iron with a protective heat resistant case so when you are done you can move on without worrying about it cooling down.

- Get a smaller plate iron for short hair and a wider one for longer hair.

Tips

- Make sure your hair is totally dry before using a heated iron. Hair is most fragile and prone to breakage when it is wet and the straightening iron on damp hair will open the cuticle and damage the cortex. If possible, allow your hair to dry naturally instead of blow drying as this will reduce the amount of heat your hair has to endure at one time.

- Use a product like serum or protein treatment before straightening - specially on the ends. This will further help protect your hair and leave it shinier.

- If you are looking for pin straight hair, part hair into small sections and do a couple of passes with the iron on each section.

- If you are in a rush or are looking for just a smooth, polished finish; straighten just the top layer of your hair. No one will see the bottom layers anyway.

- Do not wrap the cord around the iron as it may fray or damage cord causing a hazard and giving your investment a shorter life.

Broccoli Cheese SoupINGREDIENTS3 (14 1/2-ounce) cans reduced-sodium chicken broth 2 (16-ounce) packages frozen cut broccoli 1 small onion, coarsely chopped 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 1/2 cups dry Nonfat Dry Milk 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONSHeat broth in large saucepan to boiling. Add broccoli, onion and garlic. Return to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Transfer half of vegetable-broth mixture to blender or food processor (in batches, if necessary); cover. Blend until desired consistency. Return to saucepan. Combine dry milk, water and flour in medium bowl; mix well. Stir into soup; season with salt and ground black pepper. Heat through. Add cheese. Stir over low heat until melted. Sprinkle with additional cheese, if desired.

Baked Potato SoupINGREDIENTS1/4 cup butter or margarine 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can chicken broth 1 (12-ounce) Evaporated Milk 2 large or 3 medium baking potatoes, baked or microwaved Salt and ground black pepper to taste 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese 3 tablespoons sliced green onion

DIRECTIONSMelt butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion; cook, stirring occasionally, for 1 to 2 minutes or until tender. Stir in flour. Gradually stir in broth and evaporated milk. Scoop potato pulp from one potato; mash. Add pulp to broth mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture just comes to a boil. Dice remaining potato skin and potato(es); add to soup. Heat though. Season with salt and pepper. Top each serving with bacon, cheese and green onion.

Asian Vegetable Noodle SoupINGREDIENTS3 cups water 1 (14.5-ounce) can vegetable broth 1 (12-ounce) package extra firm tofu, cut into 1/2-inch cubes 1 large carrot, cut into 1/4-inch dice 2 tablespoons miso paste 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 cloves garlic, crushed 2 cups chopped broccoli florets 1 cup snow peas, trimmed 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms 2 packages instant ramen noodles 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

DIRECTIONSCombine water, vegetable broth, tofu, carrot, miso paste, soy sauce and garlic in a large pot. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 1 hour. Add broccoli, snow peas and mushrooms; simmer for 4 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Add ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets) and salt. Simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until noodles are done. Serve warm garnished with red pepper flakes.

Bean SoupINGREDIENTS1 pound dry white beans, such as navy 6 cups water 2 cups diced cooked ham 1 large onion, chopped 2 celery ribs, sliced 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/3 cup instant potato flakes

DIRECTIONSRinse, drain and pick through beans. Place in a large pan with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit, covered, for 1 hour. Drain beans and add water, ham, onions, celery and garlic. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until beans are tender, about 1-1/2 hours. Add salt and pepper during the last 15 minutes of cooking. Add potato flakes and stir until thickened. Serve warm.

film was a decent hit at the box office and got him nominated for the Filmfare Best Debut Award. In his first blockbuster hit, Dhoom, he played an anti-hero. He bagged another Filmfare nomination for his negative roles in Dhoom and then in Zinda. He received critical acclaimmation and appreciation world-wide for his movie Water. In the year 2007, he was nomi-nated under the category of Best Supporting Actor at Filmfare Awards for the movie Baabul. His movies brought him nation-al and international critical acclaim.

John Abraham has been one of the most successful male mod-els in India. Abraham’s father is a Malayali architect. His mother, Phiroza Irani, is part of Mumbai’s Parsi community. Abraham’s Parsi name is “Farhan” to which his father, being a Syrian Chris-tian, added “Abraham” as a respect for the Bible and named him “John“.

Abraham made his acting debut in 2003 with the controversial film Jism, a thriller with him and Bipasha Basu in lead. The film was a surprise box office success and his work was noticed widely. It was while making of this film that John and Bipasha started dating each other. Later the same year came the para-normal thriller Saaya (2003) the film was a commercial and critical failure. It was followed by a bunch of failures like Pooja Bhatt’s directorial debut Paap (2004) and Ahmed Khan’s Lakeer (2004).

After having many box office failures, John finally caught a break while starring in Dhoom in 2004, where he played the

role of the villain ‘Kabir’. The film was a big commercial suc-cess and one of the highest grossers of that year.

In 2005 he starred in the supernatural thriller Kaal and the comedy Garam Masala both of which did well at the box office. Later that year, he had a major role in the critically acclaimed film Water, which portrayed the tragic fate of Hindu widows in British India. The film was written and directed by indepen-dent Canadian film-maker Deepa Mehta. The film was popular overseas, and was nominated for Best Foreign Language Film at the 79th Academy Awards, which exposed John to a more international audience.

In the summer of 2006, he performed at the “Rockstars Con-cert” along with fellow Bollywood stars Salman Khan, Zayed Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Esha Deol, Shahid Kapoor and Mallika Sherawat. In the same year, he starred in the films Zinda, Taxi No 9211, Baabul and Kabul Express (2006). Among these Taxi No 9211 and Kabul Express were substantially successful.

Nikhil Advani’s multi-starrer Salaam-e-Ishq: A Tribute To Love was Abraham’s first release in 2007. The movie failed to do well at the Indian box office, but was successful in the overseas market. His last two 2007 releases were the offbeat thriller No Smoking and the sports film Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal.

In 2008 he had only one release, Dostana. The film was one of the highest Bollywood grossers of 2008.

His first release of 2009 was the much awaited movie of the year,Yash Raj Films’s New York ,which revolves around the sto-ry of three best friends whose lives are changed after the 9/11 attacks in New York.

Three years after being kicked out of the science department for his theory of Time warps, and his attempt on Matt Lauer’s life, Rick Marshall is reduced to working as a teacher at the George C.

Michael Joseph Jackson was an American recording artist, entertainer and businessman. He made his debut on the professional music scene in 1968 at the age of 11 as a member of The Jackson 5. He then began a solo career in 1971 while still a member of the group, and his 1982 album Thriller remains the world’s best-selling album of all time and four of his other solo studio albums are among the world’s best-selling records: Off the Wall (1979), Bad (1987), Dangerous (1991) and History (1995).

Michael Joseph Jackson was born August 29, 1958 in Gary, Indiana (an industrial suburb of Chicago) to a working-class family. The son of African-American parents Joseph Walter Jackson and Katherine Esther, he was the seventh of nine children. Jackson claimed that he was physically and emotionally abused by his father from a young age, enduring incessant rehearsals, whippings and name-calling. But he also credited his father’s strict discipline as playing a large part in his success. Jackson first spoke openly about his childhood abuse in a 1993 interview with Oprah Winfrey. He said that during his childhood he often cried from loneliness and would sometimes start to vomit upon seeing his father. In Jackson’s other high profile interview, Living with Michael Jackson (2003), the singer covered his face with his hand and began crying when talking about his childhood abuse.

Jackson showed musical talent early in his life, performing in front of classmates and others during a Christmas recital at the age of five. In 1964, Jackson and Marlon joined the Jackson Brothers—a band formed by brothers Jackie, Tito and Jermaine—as backup musicians playing congas and tambourine, respectively. Jackson later began performing backup vocals and dancing; at the age of eight, he and Jermaine assumed lead vocals, and the group’s name was changed to The Jackson 5.

After Jackson’s early 1982 contribution, “Someone In the Dark”, to the film E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, which won him a Grammy for Best Album for Children, Epic issued his second album, Thriller. In what would turn out to be the apex of his career, the album remained in the top 10 of the Billboard 200 for 80 consecutive weeks, 37 at the peak. Seven singles from Thriller concurrently hit the Billboard Hot 100 top 10, including

“Billie Jean”, “Beat It” and “Wanna Be Startin’ Somethin’”.Thriller went on to sell upwards of 109 million copies, making it the best-selling album of all time.

Jackson’s skin was a medium-brown color for the entire duration of his youth, but starting in the early 1980s, his skin grew paler. This change gained widespread media coverage, including rumors that Jackson was bleaching his skin. In the mid-1980s, Jackson was diagnosed with vitiligo and lupus; the latter was in remission in Jackson’s case, and both illnesses made him sensitive to sunlight. The treatments he used for his condition further lightened his skin tone, and, with the application of

pancake makeup to even out blotches, he could appear very pale. The structure of his face changed as well; several surgeons have speculated that Jackson had undergone multiple nasal surgeries, a forehead lift, thinned lips and a cheekbone surgery. Changes to his face were, in part, due to periods of significant weight loss. Jackson lost weight in the early 1980s because of a change in diet and a desire for “a dancer’s body”. Witnesses reported that Jackson was often dizzy and speculated that he was suffering from anorexia nervosa; periods of weight loss would become a recurring problem for the singer later in life. Some medical professionals have publicly stated their belief that the singer had body dysmorphic disorder, a psychological condition whereby the sufferer has no concept of how he is perceived by others.

Jackson’s health had deteriorated to the extent that he canceled the remainder of his tour and flew with friends Elizabeth Taylor and her husband to London. When the singer arrived at the airport, he had to be held up by his two friends; he was then rushed to the home of Elton John’s manager and then to a clinic. He was searched for drugs on entry; vials of medicine were found in a suitcase. He took over the fourth floor of the hospital and was put on Valium IV to wean him from painkillers. The singer’s spokesperson then told reporters that Jackson was “barely able to function adequately on an intellectual level”. While in the clinic, Jackson took part in group and one-on-one therapy sessions. According to Taraborrelli, in January 2004, following his upcoming trial, Jackson became dependent on morphine and Demerol, which he subsequently overcame. Following his death in 2009, reports of his continued use of demerol surfaced, with some, including members of his family, believing it may have contributed to his death. Published news reports claimed that he was taking eight medications: Xanax, Prilosec, Demerol, Soma, Vicodin, Paxil, Dilaudid and Zoloft.

Farrah Fawcett was born Ferrah Leni Fawcett in Corpus Christi, Texas, the younger of two daughters. Her mother, Pauline Alice was a homemaker, and her father, James William Fawcett, was an oil field contractor. She was of French, English and Choctaw Native American ancestry.

In the late 1960s and early 1970s, Fawcett appeared in TV commercials for consumer products, including Ultra Brite toothpaste, Wella Balsam shampoo, and the 1975 Mercury Cougar. Later in 1978, after achieving TV stardom, she appeared in a series of commercials for her own brand of shampoo, marketed by Fabergé.

Fawcett’s first TV series appearance was a guest spot on I Dream of Jeannie in the 1968–1969 season, followed by guest appearances in Owen Marshall: Counselor at Law. She later appeared in The Six Million Dollar Man with Lee Majors, which first aired in 1974, The Dating Game, and several episodes of Harry O alongside David Janssen.

On March 21, 1976, the first appearance of Fawcett playing the character Jill Munroe in Charlie’s Angels was aired as a movie of the week. The movie starred Kate Jackson, Jaclyn Smith and Fawcett as private investigators for Townsend Associates, a detective agency run by a reclusive multi-millionaire whom the women had never met. Voiced by John Forsythe, the Charles Townsend character presented cases and dispensed advice via a speakerphone to his core team of three female employees, whom he referred to as “Angels.” They were aided in the office and occasionally in the field by two male associates, played by character actors David Doyle and David Ogden Stiers. The program earned a huge Nielsen rating, causing the network to air it a second time and approve production for a series, with the pilot’s principal cast except David Ogden Stiers.

The series formally debuted on September 22, 1976. Fawcett emerged as a fan favorite in the show, and the actress won a People’s Choice Award for Favorite Performer in a New TV Program.

Her appearance in the TV show boosted sales of her poster, and she earned far more in royalties from poster sales than from her salary for appearing in Charlie’s Angels. Her hairstyle went on to become an international trend, with women sporting a “Farrah Do” or “Farrah Hair” and the hairstyle was even spoofed in various media, including Redd Foxx’s variety show on ABC and Dynamite magazine.

Fawcett was diagnosed with anal cancer in 2006, and began treatment, including chemotherapy and surgery. Four months later, on her 60th birthday, the Associated Press wire service reported that Fawcett was, at that point, cancer free. Less than four months later, in May 2007, Fawcett brought a small digital video camera to document a doctor’s office visit. There, she was told a malignant polyp was found in the area where she had been treated for the initial cancer. Doctors contemplated whether to implant a radiation seeder (which differs from conventional radiation and is used to treat other types of cancer).

In early April 2009, Fawcett, back in the United States, was rushed to a hospital, reportedly unconscious and in critical condition. Subsequent reports, however, indicated that the severity of her condition was not as dire as first reported. On April 6, the Associated Press reported that her cancer had metastasized to her liver.

A month later, on May 7, Fawcett was reported as being critically ill, with Ryan O’Neal quoted as saying that she now spends her days at home, on an IV, often asleep. The Los Angeles Times reported that Fawcett was in the last stages of her cancer.

In June, O’Neal asked Fawcett to marry him. She accepted his proposal and O’Neal said the wedding would happen “as soon as she can say yes.” The two never married.

Fawcett died at approximately 9:28 a.m., on June 25, 2009, in the intensive care unit of Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, California, with O’Neal and Stewart by her side.

بصراحة أتمنى تزايدهم ويكثر ازدحامهم، لكن بشرط أن يكونوا شعراء حقيقيين، أعلم أن وجود شاعر واحد أو اثنان أو حتى عشرة شعراء ال ال يكفي عددهم لكي يتطرقوا بجميع القضايا التي تخص مجتماعتنا وال يكفي أن يغيروا ولو لجزء بسيط الرأي العام، لو ازداد عددهم مع ازدياد الوعي لديهم سأكون فرحا جدا بذلك، ال أعتقد بأن وجودهم يشكل تنافسا ضد بعضهم البعض وانما نشكل فريقا واحدا ضد القبح والجفاف وأقصد بهاتين الكلمتين الفئة التي تهمش العاطفة

والحب وهي منتشرة فهي ترفض اطروحات القراء وتتضايق بانتشار الشعر.

> ماذا يعني لك الشعر؟

كانت وان الشاعر حتى تعبر عن التي الرائعة والصفات والفرح والطيش الطفولة الشعر هو صفات جنونية فالشعر جنون، لذا بعض الشعراء حتى وان كانوا متخلفين فهم يأسرون القراء

بقوة قصائدهم وجرأة كلماتهم.

> كيف حال النقاد معك؟ وهل تعرضت للنقد التجريحي؟

أحب النقد كفن، ولكن الحاصل اليوم أننا انحرمنا من وجود النقاد الحقيقيين، أصبح الموضوع هو اخذ انطباعات اولية دون دراسة النقد جيدا وعلى اي اساس تم طرح هذا االنتقاد، أصبح الناقد يفرض انتقاداته دون موهبة يمتلكها، فالنقد موهبة ولكنها أصبحت عند االغلبية كوصفة صيدلي، أو أنه كالم علمي معقد، أصبحت كأنها ميكانيكا وليست أدب وفن، وقد فتحت في المنتدى الرسمي الخاص بماجد الخالدي قسما كامال أرحب فيه بجميع النقاد وهو القسم األول في المنتدى، كنت على أمل الحصول على نقد حقيقي مثمر ولكن خاب ظني مع شديد األسف. أنا وغيري الكثير من الشخصيات التي تحمل رسالة مميزة، البد أن نتعرض للنقد التجريحي وهذا وارد ولكن وجود هذه االنتقادات تثبت من عزيمتي وتقويني أكثر على االستمرار والعطاء.

في االنسانية القضية تصيغ فكيف قصائدك في االنسانية بالمواضيع اهتمامك > الحظنا قصيدك؟

القضايا االنسانية ليست بحاجة لبحث، أظن أن التفاف اإلنس��ن لقضايا المجتمع ال يحتاج لذكاء بل لضمير ومشاعر صادقة، وبساطة الشاعر في وصف هذه القضية تمحي الكبرياء والغرور الدارج في اغلبية الفئات التي تملؤ مجتمعنا اليوم، تحدثت في قصائدي عن فئة ذوي االحتياجات الخاصة، والفتاة السمينة .. بالنسبة للموضوع األخير فأجد نظرة األغلية في مجتمعنا نظرة خارجية تصف المظهر مبتعدة عن الجوهر، فدائما ما تتعرض البدينات للسخرية، والضحك على الممثلة البدينة مثال، وظيفتها هي التمثيل وليس الظهور في عرض األزياء كي تتعرض لهذه السخرية أعتقد أن السطحية في مجتمعنا تستحق آالف الدواوين ربما تزول وربما ال، وذلك

بسبب قلة الشعراء الذين يتعرضون لهذه القضايا في مجتمعنا.

> ما الفرق بين قصائد الحب والغزل بالنسبة لك؟

أغلب قصائدي تتحدث عن الحب ونادرا جدا أن يتواجد فيها الغزل والدليل على ذلك أكتب األبيات وبقية الحبيبة، بيتين منهم أصف فيها جمال أو بيت بيتا مثال فقط 30 قصيدة من أغوص في وصف الوحدة وأحزاني وفي وصف المشهد، هذا النوع من الشعر ليس بمادي أو سطحي، بعض الشعراء اليوم يجعل قصيدته كلها في وصف عينها وجسدها ومشيتها ودلعها، الشعر ويجعل من الشاعر فهو جائع واقع وذلك بسبب لي سطحي جدا بالنسبة الشعر هذا المنفس له كي يعبر وينفجر على الورقة، الشعر الغزلي ماهو اال خزعبالت يكتبها الشعر وليس

شعر الحب.

> ماهي أقرب قصيدة لقلب ماجد الخالدي؟

لم أكتب في حياتي قصيدة أمدح بها حاكم أو قبيلة أو نظاما أو طائفة، واشفق على كل شاعر فقد عذريته ومسح أحذية السياسيين من أجل المال والتقرب من السلطان، أرفض أن أتعصب

إال للحب واإلنسانية والعدالة.

ال، ولكن الظروف التي توفرت عندي جعلت لي الفرصة للظهور، هنالك اشخاص يمتلكون القدرات واالبداعات ولكن البيئة المحيطة كانت من األسباب التي منعتهم من الظهور.

كانت طفولتي متنوعة فقد قضيت اول أربع سنوات من عمري في الواليات المتحدة األمريكية بحكم دراسة الوالد هناك، وجودي بيئتنا لذا بيئة خضراء وحياة تختلف تماما عن هناك وسط أثرت لذا غيري، طفولة عن تختلف مبكرة طفولة أعطتني طفولتي هذه حتى بالشعر اليوم قد يستغرب مني البعض من

كتابة قصائد تتغنى بالزهور والطبيعة كثيرا.

> أيها أقرب اليك الشعر العربي الفصيح أم النبطي؟

بالنسبة لي فانا أهتم بالقصائد العربية الفصيحة، ليس ألنها وثقافة، وعي أكثر الفصيح العربي الشعر كتاب وإنما أفضل فاستطاعوا جعل الشعر العربي الفصيح أقرب لذائقة اإلنس��ن المطلع والمثقف، ولكن الشعر النبطي ال عيب فيه وانما العيب ماهية معرفة وعدم المضمون تكرار بسبب به يتغنى من ببعض كل بداية تكرار ذلك عن طريق نالحظ ولو النبطي، في االب��داع قصيدة، فأول من وضع قصيدة تبدأ ب� ))البارحة(( أغلب الشعراء بدأوا بمثل البداية، كذلك فأغلب القصائد يراعى قبل كتابتها العادات والتقاليد لذا قلة الوعي انتشرت بينهم ، وكذلك هناك من الشعراء من اليثق بقصيده ويتردد كثيرا في كتابة القصائد، وفي النهاية مهما اختلفت اللغة ومهما اختلفت جنسية الشاعر من عربي أو أمريكي أو أسباني أو

هندي أو غيرهم يظل في النهاية المضمون هو ما يميز الشعراء.

> أين نجد ماجد الخالدي في وقت فراغه ؟

وتستشعرها بشغف، العقول تتلقفها الناس، ألسنة على كثيرا تتردد كلمة هي القلوب بإحساس.

وعد الله من كانت في قلبه بالقرب منه جل وعال يوم القيامة، ومن خال قلبه منها فله الويل والندامة.

كلمة قليلة الحروف كثيرة المعاني، إذا أحسنت لها أظلتك بظل الرحمن وإذا أسأت لها رمتك في وادي من النيران.

تتلون بكل االلوان، وهي الملكة في كل مكان وزمان.

ليس لنا عنها غنى، فهى الهدف والمنى.

أعرفتم أحبتي عن ماذا أتحدث ؟ أم أوضح أكثر ؟؟

اذا كانت في الله ومن أجل الله كتب لك القبول في الدنيا واآلخرة، وإن كانت في غير ذلك فلك الحسرة والمعرة في الدنيا قبل اآلخرة.

إنها »الحب«

لن أتكلم في موضوعي هذا عن الحب الحرام المنتشر في هذه األيام أعاذنا الله وإياكم وذرارينا وذراريكم منه، ولكني سوف أبحر مع الحب في الله، ذلك الحب الذي أحببتكم إياه والذي ال أرجو من ورائه إال وجه الله وأن نلتقي يوم القيامة جميعا تحت ظل الله يوم تدنو الشمس من الرؤوس فتغلي من حرها األدمغة وتضيق

النفوس، ونكون نحن باذن الله في برد وسالم تحت ظل الرحمن.

أحبتي في الله

يأمر حبيبنا المصطفى عليه أفضل الصالة والسالم بأن نقول لمن نحبه في الله

أننا نحبه في الله، فأنا أحبكم في الله، ولكن على الرغم من سهولة هذه الكلمة إال أنها صعبة المنال، ال يبلغها إال كل مجتهد ذو همة عالية.

فقد جاء رجل إلى أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه فقال له: يا أبا هريرة إني أريد أن أكون أخوك وحبيبك في الله. فقال له أبو هريرة: وهل تعرف ما حق الحب واألخوة في الله؟ فرد عليه الرجل: علمني. قال أبو هريرة: أن أكون أحق بدينارك ودرهمك

منك.

إنها حقا مرتبة عالية في األخوة والحب في الله قد ال يبلغها إال من اصفى ربي.

وقال عليه الصالة والسالم: »حق المسلم على المسلم ست: إذا لقيته فسلم عليه، وإذا دعاك فأجبه، وإذا استنصحك فانصحه، وإذا عطس فشمته، وإذا مرض فعده،

وإذا مات فامش في جنازته«.

أو كما قال رسول الله ]: »حقا أحبتي كم نحن في حاجة إلى مثل هؤالء األخوة واألحبة نستأنس بوجودهم ونذكر الله عند رؤيتهم ويزداد إيماننا بمجالستهم. إذا غفلنا عن ربنا نبهونا، وإذا أخطأنا وجهونا، وإذا نسينا ذكرونا، يتمنون الخير لنا كما يتمنوه ألنفسهم، ال يذكرون عيوبنا بغيبة، وال ينصحوننا إال على انفراد يذوبون

عن أعراضنا إذا غبنا ويمدون يد العون لنا إذا احتجنا«.

يصل الزائر إلى قلب المدينة الوردية، ماشيا على قدميه، أو على ظهر جواد، أو في عربة تجرها الخيول، عبر “السيق” الرهيب. إنه شق هائل أعاليه، الصخري في الشقيف أن جانبي للمرء ألف متر، يخيل طوله من السيق يقترب وعندما يتالمسان وكأنهما متر، 300 ارتفاع وعلى نهايته، فإنه ينحني في استدارة جانبية، ثم ال تلبث الظالل الغائمة أن تنفرج فجأة فترى أعظم المشاهد روعة تسبح في ضوء الشمس. إنها الخزنة، إحدى عجائب الكون الفريدة. والتي حفرتها األيدي في الصخر

األصم على واجهة الجبل األشم، بارتفاع 140 مترا وعرض 90 مترا.

بعد أن يتملى الزائر بأنظاره من روعة هذا المشهد البهي، يتقدم في وسط المدينة، فيشاهد على جانبيه مئات المعالم التي حفرها أو أنشأها اإلنسان، من هياكل شامخة، وأصرخة ملكية باذخة، إلى المدرج الكبير الردهات، إلى وكبيرة، بيوت صغيرة إلى متفرج، ل7000 يتسع ال��ذي إلى والحمامات، والصهاريج الماء قنوات إل��ى االح��ت��ف��االت، وق��اع��ات صفوف الدرج المزخرفة، واألسواق، والبوابات ذات األقواس والشوارع

واألبنية.

البتراء بنظامها المائي الفريد، الحرس ومناطق المراقبة. كما تميزت بفعل الماء انسياب يضمن هندسي بشكل مبنية أقنية فيها تتوزع إذ

الجاذبية من منابعه وعيونه إلى كافة المناطق الحيوية في المدينة.

وما زالت آثارهم تشهد لهم بالعلم والمعرفة والعراقة بعد مرور أكثر من ألفي عام. إنها دعوة لزيارة البتراء.

رحله إلى البتراءالمدينة الوردية

قبل أكثر من ألفي سنة أخذ أعراب األنباط القادمون من شبه الجزيرة العربية يحطون رحالهم في البتراء. وبالنظر لموقعها المنيع الذي يسهل الدفاع عنه، جعل األنباط منها قلعة حصينة واتخذوها عاصمة ملكية لدولتهم. وما تزال البتراء حتى يومنا هذا تحمل طابع البداوة، إذ ترى الزائرين يعتلون ظهور الخيول والجمال، لكي يدخلوا إليها في رحلة تبقى

في الذاكرة طوال العمر.

كانت البتراء عاصمة لدولة االنباط، التي دامت ما بين 400 ق م وحتى وحتى غربا فلسطين في عسقالن ساحل من امتدت والتي م، 106

How to Pick the Best Time to Travel


Choosing the best time for a trip and combining it with cheap travel

is an art form. It is about getting all of the factors that make any

given place on Earth at its best and coming up with an approximate date

as a result of it! There are so many factors to consider though, it can

get extremely confusing and is easy to forget at least one of the most

important factors that can help you make your decision. And considering

how much some individuals spend on their vacation, leaving it up to

chance is absolutely no good because it may well end up causing you to

waste your money!

Following the areas below, you can figure out the best time to holiday for

the cheap travel prices in whatever resort you choose, thus making the

most of your money, time and effort!

Airfares

Domestic airfares rarely fluctuate, only showing marked differences

between airlines rather than times of the year. However, international

airfares do vary because of peak seasons being extremely marked. For

example, in Europe, peak seasons tend to be from May to September,

and in Australia it is the exact opposite. As a result, those areas may be

crowded during those seasons, thus making the early or late months the

best time to travel. It would not be crowded and the best weather and

cheaper accommodation would still be in place for you, thus making it the

best time for a trip

Hotels

Hotels tend to offer cheap travel rates when bookings are at their lowest.

As a result, you will probably find some sort of promotion on or be able

to negotiate a discount for your business. You may actually be able to get

some nights for free. This is of course the best time for travel as a result. The

height of peak season would see the hotel crowded and rooms in demand,

which would make it near on impossible for you to negotiate discounts.

Climate

The climate is extremely important in deciding when the best time for cheap

travel is. If the climate is warm and inviting then you will find that rates will

go up in line with demand, but the very early and very late summer usually

provides the best time to travel. The peak of summer may be too hot for

some people in certain destinations, but the former and latter end would

usually provide good weather and an invitingly warm climate.

Natural Disasters

This does not apply everywhere, but it is definitely worth checking out

whether an area experiences natural disasters such as hurricanes and when

they are likely to occur. Cheap travel is offered at these times of year, but it

is definitely worth paying that little bit more for your own safety.

Once all of these factors come together and coincide with each other, you

have found your best time to travel. Seeking cheap travel at that specific

moment in time may well yield great results and allow you to enjoy your

trip safe in the knowledge that you have saved money that can be spent

during your trip!
