We use both words and body language to express our thoughts and opinions and to communicate with other people. Expressing oneself varies from culture to culture. In China, when you speak to others , you’d better avoid eye contact for a long time, otherwise you are supposed to be a person with bad manners. However, in some countries, making eye contact is a way to show interest in others. A smile can help us not only get through difficult situations but also tear down walls to find friends in a world of strangers. If we are feeling down , there is nothing better than to see the smiling face of a good friend.
