Plasma TV Box KitINSTRUCTIONS

1. Remove TV from wall or stand, making sure not to place hands on the screen.

2. Place foam pouch over the TV, making sure not to touch the screen.

3. Attach corners and rails with tear-a-ways in the same direction.

4. Tape foam blocks to bag on the bottom of the TV.

5. Make sure there is a rail every 18” across the bottom of the TV for support.

6. Slide the TV into the carton placing the corners and rails into place.

7. Use dunage to fill any gap in the end of the carton.

8. Attach the Tip-N-Tell® to the end of the carton and activate.
