Overview of the System. Step 2.This care caller system is designed to assist the caregiver inmonitoring patient activity. lt is selectable for LOW or HIGFhorn sound and comes with a Flashing Strobe. Selectable Offposition when not in use. Unit has Aux. output for AutomaticVoice Dialer connection (2.5mm jack normally open).\Mtensetup the patient will trigger the alarm by pressing the red but-ton or pulling the 'Pull for Help" cord. The pendant is waterresistant and can be worn 24 hours a day. The transmitter haslong-lasting lithium bateries that will not need frequentreplacement. Vvhen activated the transmitter will send a signalto the enunciator and the alarm sounds and the strobe flash-es. Enunciator continues to sound until reset button ispressed by Caretaker, assuring Help Has Anived!The sound is silenced by the caregiver pressing the reset but-ton on the enunciator, after the sensor is returned to normalcondition.

Follow these simple instuctions to set up your system to usein a Care Caller capacity.

Let's get started.Step 1.OK,lets begin by estaHishing where we should best place

the enunciator.Keep in mind the enunciator has two sound levels- low andhigh. Also remember the transmitter range will be dependentto some degree on the struc{ure of he residence. Also, youwill need to place the unit within reach of an electrical oudet inorder to plug in the transformer. The Enurrciator may beplaced at Nurse Sation, desk, on counter, nightstand, wallmounted or outside (covered). The caregiver should also con-sider where he or she might fiequenfly be to be within soundof the enunciator when it alarrns.
