GOAL: to start the integration process of new graduates into
the local labour market and to enhance low employment rate
degrees
PROJECT: to place trainees into local companies in selected
branches
CURRENT STATE: work in progress
SCHEDULED START DATE: in April 2011
The new programme for human resources qualification in the research
technological innovation sectors in Emilia-Romagna.
SPINNER POINT DESKS provides an integrated and tailored offer (Financial
aids and Assistance & services)
SPINNER POINT RAVENNA is operating from 2009 together with the
Campus of Ravenna and Fondazione Flaminia to promote the upgrade and
qualification of knowledge and competencies of people operating in sectors
related to R&D, TT and innovation.

The Work Programme (2008–2011) is made of 6 actions:
Action 1 - Development of innovative and/or knowledge-based business ideas
Action 2 - Industrial research, experimental development, technology transfer
Action 3 – Organisational, managerial and financial innovation (SMEs and social co-
operatives)

IDEAS FOR THE FUTURE
International Relation Offices’ collaboration coordinated by a
Memorandum of understanding for the promotion of the
international mobility between MECINE members’ Universities.
Monitoring Tool for the current and the future state of collaboration
between Municipality – University Institution in terms of concrete
actions within the field of student/ graduate employment (trainees
and student job projects, apprenticeships, grants ecc.)
