2018-2019 LEP Scholarship Application

The Learning Effectiveness Program (LEP) scholarship is awarded based on financial & educational need.

LEP scholarship awards are solely for 2018-2019 LEP fees - $1,350. per quarter/$4,050 per academic year

Qualifications: o Must be admitted to the University of Denver.

o Must qualify for the LEP and complete the enrollment process.

o Must have a FAFSA and CSS Profile Application on file with the DU Office of Financial Aid. Those forms are available here: http://www.du.edu/financialaid/undergraduate/apply/index.html

o Must complete this scholarship application and return to the LEP:

or mailed to: University of Denver Learning Effectiveness Program 1999 E. Evans Ave. – 4th Floor Denver, CO 80208-1700

Applications must be received by the LEP no later than May 4, 2018.

o If awarded the LEP scholarship students must sign an LEP contract and write a thank you letter to the Learning Effectiveness Program.

o If awarded a partial scholarship, recipient must designate which quarter of the 2018- 2019 academic year the funds will be used. Designation must take place at the time the funds are awarded.

o If student is placed on probation by the Office of Student Conduct, this may result in revocation of LEP scholarship funds.

o If for any reason the recipient leaves the University, student must notify the LEP. o If you are awarded a LEP scholarship and do not consistently use the services of LEP, it may result in

revocation of your scholarship.”

o Priority will be given to undergraduate applicants.
