HIPAA for Researcher Mandatory Training “Cheat Sheet”

The UF Privacy Office requires faculty, staff, and students engaged in research that potentially involves PHI to complete a research specific training course. This course is accessible via myUFL (http://my.ufl.edu).

The following directions describe how to access the HIPAA for Researcher training.

Once you login, click on the Main Menu, then My Self Service, then

Training and Development.

Enter your Gatorlink username and password.

Click Request Training Enrollment

Click Search by Course Number

Type PRV801 then click the Search button.

Click View Available Sessions
