Husker Kids CampTM 2nd to 6th GRADESA recreational day camp that provides a supportive and enjoyable environment where learning and fun go hand-in-hand. Camp activities are very similar to those found in a physical education class. Special attention is paid to the age and skill level of each camper– youth are assigned to groups according to their grade level. We encourage participation in all activities and spend the majority of time outdoors.

FIELD TRIPS - A field trip is planned for each week.

THEME DAYS - Campers participate in one special event activity each week.

CRAFTS - Each session includes a make-and-take age-appropriate craft.

SWIMMING - Specific swim activities will be outlined in session newsletter.

Husker Adventures CampTM 7th to 8th GRADESA day camp designed for youth to have the opportunity to participate in recreational, instructional and lifetime sport and leisure activities. Husker Adventures will focus on exposing young men and women to a variety of activities stimulating the mind and body. A challenging and rewarding experience awaits.

All Camps Offer:• Camper to staff ratio 12:1

• Emphasis on teaching lifetime sports + recreational skills

• Age appropriate activities

• Professionals and college students on staff

During select home games, UNL Campus Recreation provides recreational activities in a child care setting. Located in the UNL Campus Rec Center (one block east of Memorial Stadium). Children 2-12 years of age are welcome to attend while their parents/guardians attend the Husker football game.
