1 UPDATE NOVEMBER 2014 WITH THE EXTERNAL FAÇADE OF THE BUILDING ALMOST COMPLETE AND THE SCAFFOLDING FINALLY GONE, THE MODERN, CONTEMPORARY STYLING OF EST ON FOSTER IS FINALLY FULLY EXPOSED. Work continued to progress well throughout October, with apartments in levels 1 and 2 completed. Firstly, the joinery and benchtops were installed in all apartments, then level 1 and level 2 apartments had their carpentry fit-off’s, followed by painting, tiling and finally the plumbing and electrical fit-off’s. Tiling of the common area stairwells was also completed. The balustrading on the balconies is partially installed, while the external rendering is finished and painting underway. Over the next 2 weeks, level 3 apartments will be completed, as well as the building externals, finishing with the landscaping works and the new footpath and driveway crossover. This will bring the building to Practical Completion, and given that we have already managed to obtain registered titles for the building, settlement will likely take place shortly thereafter, in mid-December this year. We will continue to closely monitor and track the building and landscaping over the next 12 months, ensuring everything is settling as it should and if required, rectifying anything that may arise. We have a professional photographer taking photos and will soon send those to you, so you can show off your new apartment to your family and friends. If you are renting your apartment, then Mosaic Property Management will also be following your journey closely, ensuring you are achieving the best possible rental return and an outstanding ongoing service.

/ Level 3 apartment living area. Plastering has been hung / set, and painting is about to commence.

/ Bathroom area. Tiling has been completed, along with the electrical and plumbing fit-offs. Final coat of paint now underway before the shower screen and accessories are installed.

/ The southern side of the building. Water meters and fire hydrant are visible in the left hand side of the frame, with raised landscaping beds visible to the right hand side. These landscaping beds will be heavily planted, to provide an aesthetically pleasing entry way into the building.
